You can tell this is a high quality chair when you unpack it from the box. It is very heavy due to the amount of metal that takes the place of plastic in other chairs. It was easy to put together though the last bolt (of 4) that hold the seat back to the seat bottom would be easier to put in with 4 hands instead of 2. I'm 6'1" 185 lbs and the chair fits me well with room to spare. The chair is firm but I find firm is more comfortable when your sitting for a long time (think Mercedes firm). I thought some bolts and washers were missing and sent them an email which resulted in a phone call to me within 30 minutes. They explained that the "missing" bolts/washers were already in the places in the seat bottom/back already (I should have looked). Cons: None Did you find this review helpful? Pros: Bought it direct from 4gamergear since they had a 5% discount.

You can tell this is a high quality chair when you unpack it from the box. It is very heavy due to the amount of metal that takes the place of plastic in other chairs.
