5 out of 5 eggsGreat Quality, Affordable Price

Pros: -Very good quality. Can hear sounds in music that I never realized were there.
-Very high volume range. Great for gaming, watching movies, or parties.
-Adjustable sub woofer.
-Headphones port and auxiliary input port.
-Box that it comes in is great for transporting. Keep the box.
-As with most Logitech products the design is great. I enjoy looking at them unlike others which i used to hide behind my screens.

Cons: -Slightly hard to find a place for the sub woofer as it is rather large. I have found that under the desk is an acceptable place because it makes a fairly good footrest as it is very sturdy.

Other Thoughts: I bought one of these two years ago and it broke due to a shelf falling onto it. Were it not for that incident I have no doubt that it would have lasted much longer. I just recently bought a new one and I am loving it every bit as much as I loved my old one. If you don't have the space or money for a surround sound set, then I would highly recommend this product!

3 out of 5 eggsNot bad

Pros: Sound quality is good for the price point, sub woofer has plenty of power.

Cons: At this price point, I'd really expect a mic jack. No mic jack to be found :-(

The left speaker died after a few days due to a faulty connecter. Logitech was very helpful and sent me an entire new speaker system without asking me to return the old one. I spliced in a new connecter and now I have two of these!

1 out of 5 eggsLogitech Z523

Pros: Decent Bass
More RMS Power
Bass Control & Volume Control

Cons: -Useless 360 Degree Sound
-Horrible Humming, Buzzing, Harmonic Distortion sound effects
-It makes loud buzzing sound as you increase volume up to around 40-50%
-360 Degree Sound makes the worse sound quality I've ever heard in my entire life.

Other Thoughts: It's not worth paying $90 for this abysmal Logitech Z523 with 360 Degree Sound Effect. It will never sound as good as Logitech Z313 and even Z623.

Both Z323 and Z523 Speaker 2.1 uses 360 Degree Sound effect and both sounds very garbage!

Don't ever buy this speaker again!

Go with Logitech Z623 2.1 Speaker with higher, clean bass sound quality.

Or if you're on budget, go with Logitech Z313 with fairly decent sound quality.

I've had this for few days and I didn't like it whatsoever! I returned it back to Logitech and gave me refund in 5-10 business days.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible

Pros: Uhmmmm, they have plugs and wires...?

Cons: Loud, humming sub woofer

Other Thoughts: These are a wasted of money. After half a year or so, in the middle of the night... the subwoofer would start emitting a loud low humming sound... PC is in bedroom, scary to be woken up by this... Anyway the humming sound would come and go, until basically it would not stop humming...

Completely useless.... I put them on a shelf for months and just tried again, and the humming is on the minute I plug them in.

I will NEVER EVER buy speakers from Logitech... I love my Harmony remote, but forget their speakers.. I never bothered calling as I assume they are out of warranty, or I let too much time go by.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Sounds good, not expensive, bass is alright when you consider the price range

Cons: The left speaker stopped working around 6 months after purchasing for no reason. Right one still works fine, but the left one only produces white noise.

Other Thoughts: I gave it 3 eggs because 6 months after purchasing one of the speakers refuses to work, meaning I now have 60% of a five egg product (40% of the product is left speaker, 40% right speaker, 20% subwoofer)

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Sounds really good and not to much money

Cons: I have had this for over a year and the finish/ film that the sub is covered in is very cheap. It is bubbling and starting to peal off.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Amazing sound. Great bass. Perfect for gaming or music.

Cons: If you turn it up past a higher point in the sound it begins making a static noise. But.. I kinda figured it'd do that. Not a big deal as I can't hear it when it's pushing out music and gaming sounds.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent!

Pros: Bass is good, sound quality is very good for price.

Cons: Doesn't have the sound quality of, say, a Bose system, but did not expect that with a $100 speaker set.

Other Thoughts: Gets 5 eggs due to quality provided from a cheaper set of speakers. I have no complaints with this set of speakers, its perfect for watching movies, gaming, music, anything I want to use it for. Can't go wrong with these!

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Desktop Speakers

Pros: Fantastic sound quality, easy to use.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I needed some speakers for my office at work. I listen to music all throughout the day, and with my boss' office being adjacent to mine, I need to take care to not play it too loud. The big volume/power knob makes volume easy to regulate, as well as the bass control knob- very handy for my application. I've been in recording studios for 20 years, and these speakers sound great to my ears- for the price. An iPod output range is 20Hz - 20,000Hz, and these speakers are capable of outputting 48Hz – 20,000Hz, therefore they can sonically handle anything you throw at it except for the lowest of lows; which isn't at all noticeable to me. The sub emits plenty of rumble. One thing I like the most about these speakers is that they're two-sided. In my application, the back speakers reverberate off the walls behind them, creating sort of a slapback delay that makes everything sound BIGGER (especially rock guitars). Everything I listen to on these speakers (Metal, Funk, Jazz, Classical, EDM, spoken word, etc.) sounds great and I never find myself wishing to tweak some EQ knobs. For the price, I couldn't be happier with these speakers.

3 out of 5 eggsBoth sides of the coin

Pros: - Stylish
- Powerful
- Worth the money
- Nice features

Cons: - The 3.5mm PC audio cable was having issues from the beginning: Occasionally the left speaker goes out due to movement of the cable. I confirmed the issue to be with the connector placed on the end of the cable.
- The speakers are very glossy, therefore they collect fingerprints and smudges easier.

Other Thoughts: Overall, the speakers are very well built, and worth the money.
