5 out of 5 eggsExcellent!

Pros: Bass is good, sound quality is very good for price.

Cons: Doesn't have the sound quality of, say, a Bose system, but did not expect that with a $100 speaker set.

Other Thoughts: Gets 5 eggs due to quality provided from a cheaper set of speakers. I have no complaints with this set of speakers, its perfect for watching movies, gaming, music, anything I want to use it for. Can't go wrong with these!

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Desktop Speakers

Pros: Fantastic sound quality, easy to use.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I needed some speakers for my office at work. I listen to music all throughout the day, and with my boss' office being adjacent to mine, I need to take care to not play it too loud. The big volume/power knob makes volume easy to regulate, as well as the bass control knob- very handy for my application. I've been in recording studios for 20 years, and these speakers sound great to my ears- for the price. An iPod output range is 20Hz - 20,000Hz, and these speakers are capable of outputting 48Hz – 20,000Hz, therefore they can sonically handle anything you throw at it except for the lowest of lows; which isn't at all noticeable to me. The sub emits plenty of rumble. One thing I like the most about these speakers is that they're two-sided. In my application, the back speakers reverberate off the walls behind them, creating sort of a slapback delay that makes everything sound BIGGER (especially rock guitars). Everything I listen to on these speakers (Metal, Funk, Jazz, Classical, EDM, spoken word, etc.) sounds great and I never find myself wishing to tweak some EQ knobs. For the price, I couldn't be happier with these speakers.

3 out of 5 eggsBoth sides of the coin

Pros: - Stylish
- Powerful
- Worth the money
- Nice features

Cons: - The 3.5mm PC audio cable was having issues from the beginning: Occasionally the left speaker goes out due to movement of the cable. I confirmed the issue to be with the connector placed on the end of the cable.
- The speakers are very glossy, therefore they collect fingerprints and smudges easier.

Other Thoughts: Overall, the speakers are very well built, and worth the money.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality~ especially for price

Pros: Price is unbeatable.
Sub is perfect for the average user~ chances are you won't need to turn it all the way up.
Volume gets crazy loud.
The nobs to control bass and volume have a good feel. Don't feel cheap~ even though they are plastic.

Easy to hook into an iPod or your computer. Even has a stereo input on the back (red and white inputs)
Lows are great, highs are great too.

Great on a budget, won't be a let down

Cons: The mids can be a bit "muddy," but if you're not a sound guy you probably won't be able to tell too much.

Other than that, not much to complain about.

Although I wish the 3.5mm Audio Jack (Used to connect to the iPod, computer, ect) was just a two sided male wire that you could unplug from the speak itself. Instead, it just runs right out of the speaker. Which means if the jack gets messed up, which often happens to me with headphones, you're b0ned.

Other Thoughts: Totally worth it. Got mine for 60$ refurbished. You may want to check that out. They look totally new, if you're wondering.

4 out of 5 eggsAlright

Pros: Really good sub, excellent interface on the right speaker for volume, input, headphones, and separate bass controller. Able to go very loud without distortion.

Cons: If the speaker is up high and nothing is going through them, I get a lot of white noise.

2 out of 5 eggsSnap, Crackle, Pop

Pros: They sounded great for awhile.

Cons: After just about a year, the right speaker has begun popping, hissing, crackling, and otherwise cutting out. I haven't moved the speakers since plugging them in a year ago--just poor build quality on Logitech's part. Seems that most of their products give out after about a year.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Buy for the Money!

Pros: Excellent sound and clarity, great bass and treble control from one knob. I purchased these for a music lover to go with a new gaming system I built for him and he couldn't be happier!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Could benefit from a tad longer PC connect cable but nothing a short extension cant handle.
