3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the price

Pros: Good storage space, small, plays music, is cheap, and there is a hold button.

Cons: Loud buttons and slightly stiff hold switch. Sometimes, at the start of specific songs, there is a long pause (~3-5 sec), which is annoying. I have seen people comment about the software on this device as being bad, but ignored them at first. I was wrong: the software sucks and can get in the way of playback. Also, there is no way to make playlists. There is no SD card expansion slot.

Other Thoughts: You would probably be better off with Sana Clip+ if you don't mind a tiny screen.

1 out of 5 eggsCheap Player

Pros: Nothing to like both my laptops & computer did`nt recognize it. i had many mp3 players over the years. This is the first time this has happen.

Cons: Coby is a maker of cheap electronics product. Should have known better and not purchased it. If you looking for a mp3 player try another brand.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Player for the price

Pros: +Smooth design that feels good
+Easy to use
+Decent sound quality
+(about) 7.5GB of free space
+Playlists work well
+Comes with decent earbuds

Cons: -The GUI isn't the smoothest thing I've ever seen but it works well enough.
-Built in radio reciever isn't anything special

Other Thoughts: Good overall MP3 player for the price. Plenty of space for people who don't need anything extensive.

4 out of 5 eggsGood overall player

Pros: Loads entire playlists IN ORDER of where they were placed without screwing up the same order... This is the main reason I gave it 4 stars...

Cons: I wished that side on/off switch was better placed... It didn't help that when I first got it...it was stiffer than most cemetery residents... I had to force it with the end of a pen to get it to work the first three times... It's working perfectly now...despite the problem to kick starting that slide...the ONLY reason I knocked a full egg off...

Other Thoughts: I bought two at from another store because they were cheaper than newegg...but will buy more if the price comes down about $10 to $15...

4 out of 5 eggsyou get what you pay for

Pros: Once battery is charged fully lasted like 4-5 trips to the gym, so approx 10 hours. Easy drag and drop like other mp3 players.

If your looking for a cheap solution for running or going to the gym, this thing owns, and not a stress if you break or mess up like some overpriced ipod.

Cons: The screen is FRAGILE dosent seem like it at first but mine cracked, and I had to go off memory where playing music and listening to the radio is. NO AM only FM :(

Other Thoughts: if you hate apple and ipods like myself and have a collection of music on your comp get this thing, but buy some good ear buds. The buds that they come with are uhhhhh.

1 out of 5 eggsSave your money

Pros: Does the basics. Cheap. 8GB. Decent build. Pretty good battery life.

Cons: No FLAC support. Navigating the menu is slow. Even at the lowest setting, the volume can be loud. Headphones that come with it are just OK. Skipping between songs is a little slow too.

Other Thoughts: Didn't try out the video or pictures capabilities. No mic or expansion slots if that matters to you. I recommend you spend a little more money and get something like the Sansa Clip+, which is a much better MP3 player.

1 out of 5 eggsslow

Pros: It's cheap. Really cheap. In every way.

Cons: It does what you basically want it to do. Loading / syncing anything takes forever. Don't expect to just turn it on and pick up where you left off... press a few buttons and loading time and more loading time. Drag and drop and sync takes a bit of time for each file. Ever try to transfer a gallon of water to a bucket through a straw. Everything takes forever.

Other Thoughts: Buy something else.
