3 out of 5 eggsDecent Sound

Pros: Contrary to the other review on here, the sound quality is pretty decent for a unit of this size. Plenty of "clean" volume to fill a large room. I also own an older model which I would rate 5-eggs.

Cons: The rotatable cabinet has a flimsy leg to hold it in the orientation you choose, rather than two flat sides as on the older model. This model only uses an a.c. power adapter, vs the older model which also operates on batteries.

Other Thoughts: I bought the second unit because it charges my 3rd generation iPod Touch. The older model does not charge 3rd generation iPods.

Pros: Charges iphone/ipod.

Cons: Sound is terrible, I bought this to use in the bathroom during showers and basically the water noise overpowers this dock completely. I like to listen to the news in the morning and since the highs and mids are so weak the shower sound completely cancels the sound. To make matters worse, Newegg does not accept returns on this item.

Other Thoughts: Look elsewhere for a iphone/ipod dock, don't waste your money.
