1 out of 5 eggsDead as a Doornail and Support is Non-existent

Pros: Initially, this device performed exactly like all the reviewers have written. It performed like a dream for my uses, working in the garage and around the house.

Cons: After five months of ownership and normal playing, it took its last charge. It then died a slow death, and it hasn't shown any signs of charging or playing, yet. I have no idea what happened to it, and I haven't gotten a response from Altec-Lansing support . . . not even a form letter letting me know they're working on a solution.

I was planning on using the IMT 620 in my classroom, but I won't be able to now - except maybe for a paperweight.

Other Thoughts: I loved listening to my iPod Touch 3G on this thing because it sounded so wonderful.

I recommend that you steer clear of this player because of my experience.

3 out of 5 eggsOnly okay

Pros: 1) Portable
2) Decent battery life
3) Charges the iPod while you play music

Overall an 'okay' player. For $100, save $50 and buy something cheaper, because the overall quality is that of a $50 player.

Cons: 1) No Bass and Treble adjustments
2) Poor Bass performance
3) Clips and drops at higher volumes
4) Not very loud overall

Other Thoughts: For the ultimate in portable music, try the Bose® SoundDock® Series II digital music system...it blows everything else away.

5 out of 5 eggslove this!

Pros: I think this unit is fabulous! My 80 year old dad bought one for my 80 year old mom for Christmas, and we used it to play music all thru the holidays. So I had to have one too! Couldn't believe the senior citizens found this first! Great quality of sound from such a small unit, much better I thought than from others I listened to at a big box store that shall not be named. (with maybe exception of the Bose system, but that's more expensive). It has a good variety of volume levels as well. I love that the digital display reads out what song you are listening to. I also use it to listen to the radio. It charges my IPod. It has a remote that fits into a nifty slot on the unit. It can run on batteries. It's not too big or heavy. Handle folds back to be a stand. What's not to like?

Cons: I haven't found anything about this item that I don't like, and I've had for 5 months.

Other Thoughts: Newegg. com had this for a cheaper price than anywhere else when I bought mine.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks Nice

Cons: This headset was on sale when I got it. It hurts my ears the plastic piece touches my ears so its very uncomfortable. It is also a little to big for my head I wear a size 7 and 1/4 hat.

Other Thoughts: Overall I was very disappointed in these. I had a 15 dollar headset that was more comfortable and that I could wear for a longer period of time without pain. These kind of suck and I will purchase another pair.

4 out of 5 eggsNew Eggs Fault

Pros: It is a great product by altec lansing!

Cons: It isn't an alarm clock radio, which is the category New Egg placed it in.

Other Thoughts: I guess I asumed too much considering it is in the category of alarm clock radios.
