Pros: Running 5.1.1 iOS on my phone still and Netflix, Youtube and Pandora both work like a champ, that's what I picked it up for.... a cheap way to get my iPhone hooked up to speakers loud enough to hear in my shop when I'm there... big ole analog TVs are awesome for this!

Cons: I hate the push buttom iPhone plugs... just a pet peeve

No video on Pandora or most programs, but YouTube and Netflix work fine.

Other Thoughts: Cheaper than a iDock!

Pros: Plays videos from both "videos" and "photos" sections of iphone. Also plays videos from youtube app. You can also view photos if you select a slideshow. Quality is quite good, depending on resolution of your video. It will play audio while using pandora.

Cons: Unable to play video from certain apps such as nfl mobile.

Other Thoughts: Be careful using the 30 pin connector as it can be hard to remove.

Pros: It comes with a wall charger, will connect an apple device to your tv and keep the device charged at the same time.
The cable is about 6' long, so no problem if the tv is wall mounted or the ports are behind the tv and hard to get to.

Cons: It broke at the ipod connector end after using it 4 times. even when squeezing the squeeze tabs, the cable was reluctant to release and started to separate from the connector end.

Other Thoughts: I love the idea, it worked with my old ipod, an iphone 4 and my son's 1st gen ipad.

You can take LOTS of movies on vacation with you (on your ipod) and keep your kids entertained even if your vacation lodging doesn't have cable, or on a cruise ship where there are only 4 channels... without having to pack a bunch of DVDs.

Pros: Just plugged it in & it works fine. The charging cable dangles and it mostly unused, so I just wrapped it around the rest of the cable to make it more compact. Charging is useful some times, so didn't cut it off.

Cons: Pricey. The charger does not provide enough amps to charge a ipad (this is documented, so no eggs dinged). The solution is simply to use your own ipad charger.

Other Thoughts: The iphone connector is one of the ones that require you to pinch either side during removal. Takes some getting used to

Pros: Good Quality, especially the connectors. Cable is heavy and well insulated. Charger works while playing.

Cons: Not really a function of the cable, but the iPhone does not output all video to the multipin connector (dock port) that this uses. Have successfully used it with local video from my own collection and iTunes. Netflix works. Couldn't view photos through it or any of the games I tried.

Other Thoughts: Own two. About to order a third. Have used thiem with 5 different TV's as well as a matrix switch installed in an RV running off a power inverter. Worked equally well in all.

Pros: none

Cons: broke after 1 month without any damage done to it.

Cons: Not playing pandora or just music from playlist. No sound at all

Other Thoughts: Seems that need the signal of video to send the sound signal as well, great for my kids to watch videos and movies, but not good for me when I want to hear my music

Other Thoughts: It's composite so it works with just about any TV, always make sure you check though Composite/=/RCA!

Cons: Cannot stream Netflix to my TV from my IPOD 2 with these cables. I can hear the audio but cannot get video.

Other Thoughts: If that's the case, I feel the description should state that. After some research, it appears only IPOD 4 is supported.

Pros: Audio out and power in one cable? Why don't more of these exist, the concept is great and hard to find a good one.

Cons: Unfortunately, I did not find a good one. The cable doesn't appear to be shielded, as I get terrible noises coming from the speakers while this is plugged in. While the iPhone does anything at all, the noises change. It's really bad when you can *hear* the iPhone scrolling. Every touch, every anything makes squeals.

Other Thoughts: Off to setup an RMA. Also, if you want to use this for audio-only, you're out of luck. Since it has a video connector, video will not play on your device while this is plugged in, even if the video is not connected to anything. If you want audio-only, you really need an audio-only cable.
