5 out of 5 eggsBest of the series!

Pros: Best halo game ever made. They have really made the graphics pleasing. the weapons and loadouts are a blast to shoot. The DMR rocks! I had halo 4 and I prefer this game MUCH MORE.

Cons: Campaign is a little dry but who plays the game for that? Multiplayer all the way.

4 out of 5 eggsGood game, one downfall

Pros: Haven't played the game all the way through yet, but the story line seems to be pretty good.
Can't complain about any of the Halo graphics for this or any of the past games

Cons: Microsoft expects us to pay them to play the multiplayer side of the game. What is the point of this, this was my one major disappointment with the game.

4 out of 5 eggsYet another awesome Halo game

Pros: Storyline, Gameplay, introduction of new weapons and enemies.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Got it from Newegg for 19.99 with free shipping. Love the co-op gameplay. Reminds me of why I fell in love with the Halo series in the first place.

5 out of 5 eggsHalo at its finest

Pros: Reach refines the gameplay of the previous entries as far as it can go. Bungie held nothing back this time. The game is the end of their involvement with the series and you can tell it was a labor of love for them. The graphics are far more detailed than in Halo 3 and the art style takes a much grittier turn. The story is more character driven than anything they have done before. You know how it ends, but it doesn't lessen the impact of seeing the final hours of planet Reach. The multiplayer is like the old games with the addition of more customization and loadouts, which can be turned off for a more classic feel if you desire. Forge has improved by leaps and bounds. I feel like a kid with Legos again! The amount of content created by the community is simply insane. I'm still discovering new ways of playing the game. It will keep it feeling fresh for a very long time.

Cons: If there is one thing that I feel they did wrong with Reach, it is the ranking system used online. I can't even count the number of times I've found myself in an unbalanced match against players many times the rank of my team. For this reason, I'd recommend playing this with friends. I don't know why they changed it from the excellent skill/experience system Halo 3 used, but it just doesn't work if you ask me.

Other Thoughts: Aside from that, the game is still 100% Halo. If you hated the other ones, you will probably still feel the same way about Reach and that is fine. To each his own.

4 out of 5 eggsHalo: Reach Review

Pros: This is a fairly good game so far. Played through the Campaign on Co-op the first time through on Heroic, and done a bunch of 'Firefight' missions. The level of customization of the characters is very good and engaging, but requires points to upgrade. Overall the game is fairly polished - I didn't have any technical problems at all while playing the game.

Cons: The game was a lot shorter than I was expecting, but the missions were fairly engaging. I am not a huge fan of the new engine or the new guys - I enjoyed Halo3 a lot more than Reach. The new guns just don't have the same feel. The elites are really tough to kill, and take an average of a lot more shots to take one down than Halo3. The grenades are thrown a LOT further in this game than the rest as well... not always a good thing as I found myself overthrowing a lot of times. I'm giving 4 stars because the game is good... just not great.

Other Thoughts: The game is worth buying if you are a true Halo fan, but I feel this was one of the weakest of all the Halo games.
