It's that simple. Cons: It makes my tongue tingle when I pleasure the battery. Other Thoughts: This is universal with the 360 and PC. Cons: When using my turtle beach headphones with chat cable to controller i hear a buzzing noise while the charge and play is hooked up. did not hear this while using the bundle pack headphones i got with the Xbox but those are not as loud as the turtle beach headsets. Unsure if it charges while system is off the red charge light indicator shuts off after the system is off for a while. Cons: None as of yet - working perfectly. Other Thoughts: Like I said, in the past, I've had nothing but issues with these, but Microsoft seems to have gotten those problems resolved. Pros: Comes with a long cable, perfect for if you are far from your Xbox 360 and need your controller charging while you are playing your game. Got it on sale for $16 and was worth it. Works perfect and takes at least about 2 hours to fully charge. Cons: None! Other Thoughts: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Play & Charge kit for their Xbox 360.
