Pros: Got this to use in place of old wireless one that never could trust to stay connected during gaming and that is unacceptable so decided I would give up the freedom of wireless and go with reliable instead

Pros: It's the real deal as advertised, worked straight out of the box. I've had fun using it to control my cursor on my laptop, and to not have to buy batteries for my 360.

Best PC controller by far.

Cons: I wish it would compliment me as I played.

Other Thoughts: Worth the purchase if you are thinking about getting a controller for the PC... or 360. Just don't trip over the cord.

Pros: - Works with a PC and XBOX.
- No funky drivers to find!!!
- Literally, plug n' play right out of the box. Unpacked, plugged in, 5 seconds.., BAM! R2P
- I prefer wired controllers, personally.
- Works with other 3rd party XBOX peripherals.
- Long lasting and great quality for an OK price.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: XP needs a little extra work if you don't have the latest updates that do it for you.

I may have had this controller for a day as of writing this review, but I've owned many XBOX controllers including these ones and I'll tell you; There is no controller that lasts as long playing XBOX as a Microsoft controller that isn't twice the price. I've used a couple of those high quality controllers with customizable buttons and joystick adjustment throughout my XBOX "career" and none of them last as long for the quality and moderately good price. At least, on Newegg. Pluse, my brother goes through controllers like candy and these ones, or the wireless variants, are the longest lasting for the price. He refuses to use a mouse + keyboard. He's just a joystick type of guy ;P

Pros: The most comfortable controller ever made. Very responsive.

Cons: Infamous D-Pad.

Pros: This is, of course, a regular xbox 360 wired controller, but the ease with which it seamlessly integrates into my steam games is unbelievably awesome. For instance, I plugged the controller in, and after a short installation of automatic drivers, I booted up Bioshock Infinite. The game instantly recognizes the 360 controller, and doesn't just list it as "Gamepad 1" or something like that.

You get all the buttons mapped already, and if someone watching you didn't know you were on PC, they'd say that you were undoubtedly on 360. It's almost too easy.

Cons: My only regret is that I didn't buy a wired controller with my xbox 360 back in 2006. No batteries, light weight, and PC functionality definitely outweigh the benefits of wireless tech.

Other Thoughts: I got this on sale for 29, and I'm not sure if it'll go back on sale any time soon, but this is well worth the price. Not only do I now use it as my main 360 and PC controller, but I can say goodbye to batteries and the wait for the controller to sync up.

Pros: *Installed quickly with Microsoft Xbox 360 drivers on wife's PC
*Extremely responsive
*Cord has lots of length
*Has the same durable build of most Microsoft Xbox 360 controllers -- it's been dropped several times now from the height of a computer desk (thank you, cat) without any damage
*Usable on the Xbox when the next battery pack dies for good

Cons: *None to be found yet

Other Thoughts: My wife did the installation, and she has been playing with the controller in Guild Wars 2. As a game that does not have native gamepad support, she uses Xpadder to make the controller work with the game. She chose the wired controller over a wireless controller adapter as she felt it would offer fewer hassles in the long run, since it is plug and play for the most part.

Pros: Works perfectly. Popped it in, got an instant update from Windows 7 saying it needed to download the driver and then it worked like a charm. Hasn't failed me yet.

Cons: Zero, nothing wrong with it so far.

Pros: same basic controller that comes standard with any xbox, aside from the being wired part.

-excellent overall feel
-corded, so no need to constantly swap out batteries
-everythings better in black

Cons: -didn't come with a free pizza

Other Thoughts: perfect controller for xbox or PC gaming. most games auto-recognize it on PC nowadays, so very little to do other than plug-n-play.

Pros: Purchased this product because I wanted to play PC 3rd person games problem free. This worked right out of the box without need for me to install drivers (Windows Update did this automatically later on).

Cons: Zero issues

Other Thoughts: If you want a problem free device to play 3rd person type games on your PC look no further than this.

Pros: No battery's, Good cable length and is lighter then the wireless.

Cons: Stopped working after about a month of use. First I turned off my xbox and the light on it stayed on. so I unplugged it like a normal person and then the next time I wanted to use it all four lights on it flash and I cant get any use out of it. I haven't dropped it or done anything like that. Just normal use watching movies playing some games every few weeks. nothing to fancy. and it just stops working out of no where, If someone knows a fix please tell me.
