Features
Limited Edition:

Forza Motorsport 5 Limited Edition includes the Limited Edition Car Pack, VIP membership, Day One Car Pack, Car Tokens, collectible Limited Edition packaging, Steel Book Blu-Ray case, and decal sheet.

This five-car pack features new cars that are already destined for legendary status. Each car in the Limited Edition Car Pack will feature a Limited Edition livery and will be tuned to the top of its respective class.

2011 Audi RS 3 Sports back - More than a mere grocery-getter, the RS 3 Sports back marries performance with practicality. The result is a 340-horsepower grin-generator that will paste your head to the back of the seat and not crack a single egg in the process.

2012 Aston Martin Vanquish - As comfortable on the track as it is on cozy country lanes, the Aston Martin Vanquish is equal parts refined style and snarling, road-taming grit.

2013 Ford M Shelby Mustang GT500 - While the GT500's aggressive lines suggest raw power and straight-line speed to spare, the sound of that big 5.8-liter V8 simply screams, "Get out of the way!"

2013 McLaren P1 - The successor to McLaren's legendary F1, the McLaren P1 is an automotive highlight reel: technological innovation, gorgeous contours, and pure, unapologetic performance. Epic, legendary, astounding - words tend to fail when describing this car's limitless potential.

2013 SRT Viper GTS - The return of the Viper has been celebrated by automotive fans worldwide. With an 8.4-liter V10 that's capable of pushing the GTS to a top speed north of 200 mph, the 2013 Viper GTS has once again firmly entrenched its spot near the top of the American Muscle hierarchy.

2 out of 5 eggsFail

Pros: Graphics are amazing. new tracks are equally amazing. New physics engine is more realistic than other installments of Forza.

Cons: This is a half game at best. On top of the severe lack of content compared to the rest of the series, You are constantly pestered with microtransactions. Important features of the previous games are also trimmed back. No Auction house, gifting, selling, etc.

Other Thoughts: LE was a mistake. You get nothing for this except 1250 tokens and VIP benefits. The LE and Day one cars are already in the game and are not exclusive to LE purchasers. They are simply tuned and painted cars, nothing special, at least $30+ kind of special.

4 out of 5 eggsGood game but could be better!

Pros: Graphics are amazing, but sometimes it feels like its too good if that makes any sense lol. Traditionally they spend a lot of time in the high end cars and not as much on the every day cars. This time they gave the same level of attention and graphic rending to all the cars evenly across the board. It's impressive, only downside is we get fewer cars.

I also love the drivatar concept. The game develops an AI who will drive for you and make you money. This AI however mimics your driving style, so its like your racing only your not . Best part is this thing is cloud driven and it will make you money even when you're not playing.

I like the race organization in the career mode, everything is tucked and categorized accordingly. I however was not a fan that the game more or less forces you to play the first 4 or 5 races in a row without a "break". Like you finish one and it loads the next right away. Granted after that you had the freedom to choose what races you want to play.

Like the previous forza, Jeremy Clarkson from BBC's awarding winning Top Gear UK is in the game. Mr Clarkson greats us in the introduction of the game and through out the game.

Cons: I don't like that they took away the discount upgrades you get on cars, the free cars manufacturers give you. Now it seems like you only get money and xp, that's it. Also the tokens concept to buy cars or other content in the game is a bit over the top. It's a neat concept but it feels like the developers are trying to squeeze more money out of you. Granted you do have the option to earn the money in-game. But the prices for the tokens are just ridiculous. Yes you need real money to get tokens. Depending on what version you have, the game might give you some tokens but if you want more you have to buy them using real money.

I also don't like that in the car selection, the cars arent tucked away by manufacture. Meaning instead of looking through the various manufacturers, pick one and see what cars they offer. All the cars are listed in one long list, with these labels indicating when the manufacturer changes. This could make looking through the cars easy but time consuming.

Other Thoughts: It is a good game but there is definitely room for improvement. But that's something that can be fixed with updates and DLC. I'm impressed overall with Forza 5 but I can only imagine what Forza 6 will be like. I also hope they make a Forza Horizon 2!

5 out of 5 eggsStunning

Pros: Physics are astonishing
Graphics photorealistic
Deepest customization yet with cross manufacturer engine swaps and rear wheel drive swaps for every car

Cons: They did take some of the content out such as cars and tracks (legendary tracks too)
They didnt add any more kits or rims for the cars

Other Thoughts: All in all I believe sacrificing some things this game could have been was well worth the pay off and will be addressed in following patches and DLC
