Cons: One battery is completely dead after 2 charges and the other one holds a charge for 3 minutes. I've been using my controllers on cable for weeks now. I've tried everything I can imagine but the lights just don't come on no matter how careful I am about positioning. Glossy black to match new Xbox hardware, lights inform you when batteries are completely charged. then unit can be turned off to save power. Includes 2 same-brand battery packs -- 3rd party or no, thats a good deal. Cons: if your not careful you may set the controller down in a position that isn't actually charging, according the "indicator." though I think with this tech, if it's close enough in the magnetic field it will still charge in some capacity. Like all electromagnetic induction devices, only works with adapters, or in this case, the included "modified" batteries, which incidentally are the same size and dimensions as an official battery pack, but just a bit lighter.
