Hands-Free Operation
Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Headset Profile (HSP), and Hands-Free Profile (HFP) support make P253BT a perfect companion for your Bluetooth-enabled smart phones. P253BT will automatically pause the music when you have incoming calls, and resume playing at exactly where you left off once the calls end.

Extended Playback Time
Up to 30 hours of continuous playback and up to 400 hours of standby time gives you plenty of time to enjoy your favorite music tracks or movies before re-charging. The P253BT can be charged easily via USB port with the supplied charging cable.

Wearing Comfort
The ergonomically designed flexible neckband can be wrapped around the back of your head, keeping the P253BT in place without messing up your hair! The lightweight (only 2.5 ounces), over-ear design ensures maximum comfort even after long hours of use.
Noise Isolation
Soft and plush leather-wrapped padding keeps out most of the annoying background noise and minimizes wearing fatigue. The P253BT is far more comfortable to wear than ear-bud type headphones.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Good price and works great - at good distances from phone

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Paired up easily with my iPHone5s. Has a good distance capability from phone. Music sounds good and phone calls sound good. I have asked the people that I am talking to how I sound and they all say I sound fine and did not know I was using a headset.

4 out of 5 eggsGood product at good price.

Pros: I have three pares of these because I got them on a real good sale. The other reviewer who stated the problems with the button is correct. I have called out many times.
My solution was after I used my phone to call out I would dial my Voicemail and hang up then when I do this it doesn't call anyone. On my phone the sound quality with this unit is good. On my Bluetooth on computer is not good.

Cons: A little tinny if you don't have an equalizer on your phone.
but not bad.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: Price
Behind the neck design
Decent sound

Cons: I have had a few mishaps with the multi-purpose function button. It is the center button on the right hand side. You need to pres it for various amounts of time for it to do different things. Hold it down until the blue light blinks to power on. Hold it down again until the light flashes red and blue for discovery mode. Hold it down longer until you get a solid red light to power down. Simple enough, but it also will dial your phone if it is on and you hold it down. A couple of times I was trying to do a function, thought the light had changed to that function and found it was telling my phone to dial the last person I had called! It could be operator error (me).

Other Thoughts: Something to keep in mind: bluetooth works better if the signal can bounce off of something, like a wall. So even if your signal is close to the headset and you are outside, you may experience dropped signals or limited signal distance. The controls are on the right side, so is the receiver, and when I had my phone in my left front pants pocket, I had multiple signal drops as I walked. Switching it to the right pocket reduced this problem substantially. Now it only cuts out when I turn my head so that my shoulder is between my phone and the right ear cup.
The collapsible design makes it feel fragile. When I handle it, I feel like I need to be careful not to break it. This may just be my perception. I'll probably never break it because I feel like I need to be careful with it.
I have not tried to use it making phone calls. I bought it to listen to music while I walk. So far it works great for what I use it for and the price was very good.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Sound Quality

Pros: Bluetooth. I guess that a Pro.

Cons: Horrible Sound. If you are purchasing these for listening to music, DON"T. The sound is really bad.
They do work for pairing with phone, although again poor sound quality.

Other Thoughts: I purchased these to watch tutorials on my tablet and PC and they work for my purposes. The price was right at $14.99. But had I got these to listen to music I would have sent them back.

2 out of 5 eggsBluetooth

Pros: Well built for casual use, good sound.Functions on an Android device.

Cons: The bluetooth software for this headset, and other identical headphones with different branding is Blue Soliel .
It is unsupported, and Blue Soliel wants to sell you an upgraded version ,also unsupported and not updated.
Finding better bluetooth drivers based on CRS is nearly impossible, and may limit functionality on devices other than Android OS .

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: It's a blutooth headset that works very well. 10 hour battery life and does exactly what you're hoping it does. If you are like me and got this for super cheap on dealnews you won't be disappointed. And yea of course for 8 bucks I bought the 3 year warranty. Psh why not? I had a $70 pair of Motorola S-10 HDs and it did not last long at all. Win win for me.

Cons: I do wish they were noise cancelling ear buds.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat headphones, but a bit small.

Pros: These headphones paired quickly with my iPhone 5S and sounded great! I especially like that they have the on-ear volume-controls and fold up to a reasonably compact size for storage.

Cons: Unfortunately I'm returning them because they're just a bit too small for my big noggin. Hopefully I can find something similar but a bit larger, because these were fantastic for my use (not snagging cords at work)!

5 out of 5 eggsExactly What I Wanted

Pros: Lightweight and compatible with Nexus 7 tablet.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I've been delighted with these headphones; comfortable and the bluetooth connection to a Nexus 7 tablet was effortless and has worked exactly as advertised each time. Another great buy from NewEgg at an unbeatable price.

1 out of 5 eggsBad quality

Pros: >Bluetooth, wireless
>comfortable design
>relatively low priced
>built-in mic which is useful for VOIP calling and online gaming

Cons: >build quality
>sound quality
>apparent short range

Other Thoughts: I bought this BT headset to be used primarily as a pair of stereo headphones to replace a cheap pair of Rosewill headphones that I have been using and which have worked very well. I wanted the luxury of having a wireless set of headphones which made it easier to switch between the speakers and headphones in Windows 7. I also bought an Asus BT 4.0 USB 2.0 dongle (USB-BT400) with the same order. Getting the dongle's drivers installed was simple enough. It took a while for me to figure out how to pair the headset with my PC which I later assumed was a range issue. When I laid the headset right on top of my PC, only then did it detect it and pair up. I then set it as my primary sound output device so that I could use it as a pair of headphones like I intended. Sadly, the sound was only coming out of one ear (I think the left) and the sound I did hear was extremely low quality like I was listening to a tinny, mono AM radio station with bad reception or an old cheap analog phone over a bad long distance line. It was bad but I assumed it was possible that it was my PC or the new dongle's fault so I tried it on a few other devices - an Android tablet, an iPad and a Macbook pro. The same exact result: sound out of only one ear and extremely poor quality. I immediately requested an RMA as I assumed it was a defective unit. I am hoping that the unit was defective and that this is not how they intended it. I noticed that Newegg sells another brand BT headset that looks literally identical to this Arctic one but with a different logo. It seems that these are simply re-branded cheap Chinese headsets with low quality control. If you are thinking about a pair of these, just know that you might end up paying $5 or so to send it back. I used bitcoin to buy them and I will supposedly be getting a store credit. I did not want to take a chance at another pair of these. For the normal price of $40, these are a joke. You are better off just using a conventional pair of headphones and just living with the fact that it has a cable. It is a small price to pay for guaranteed good quality sound that make it to both ears. Or, maybe consider 2.4 ghz headphones or spending much more on a BT brand that is known to work properly with sound quality that matches that of a conventional headset.
