3 out of 5 eggsDecent, when it works

Pros: Price is excellent for a bluetooth, active noise-cancelling set of stereo earbuds. They are relatively light weight and have a built-in clip for keeping it within easy hand access.
Noise cancelling is fairly good, as it effectively reduces most high-frequency environmental noise. I use them while on planes to good effect, while mowing my lawn and when using my snow-blower and I'm always amazed at how effective they are.

Cons: As someone else mentioned, there is no way to view the battery level. So I just get into the habit of charging before a long trip to be sure. On my most recent trip (probably less than 10 hours total), the device died on the last hour.

Other Thoughts: The connection issue is the biggest problem. Hard to enjoy the products when it's a garbled digitized mess. Seems to happen more when it's colder too. I noticed it happened more when I was using my snowblower than when working on the lawn.

4 out of 5 eggsGREAT Bluetooth Headset

Pros: Surprisingly good noise cancellation. Wide dynamic range, great sound. Good performance on voice calls even in noisy environments. Quality construction.

Cons: Inability to check the battery charge level.

Other Thoughts: I was hesitant to spring for this headset based on some of the past reviews, but I'm happy I did. I have had one instance of the headset losing its connection and having to pair it again with my iPhone 5 in about 6 weeks of ownership. That's not to say it doesn't drop a second or two of music once in a long while, but every bluetooth headset I've owned does that. Putting the phone on the same side of your body as the receiver goes a long way toward fixing this issue.

The noise cancellation feature is surprisingly good. Voice calls are clear on both ends. Maximum volume borders on being uncomfortable for me, in other words plenty loud enough. Battery life while listening to music is around 8 hours, same as stated in specs.

I'm a runner and find that clipping the receiver to the edge of my baseball cap and routing the earpiece wires through the hole in the back of the cap before putting them in my ears works great and keeps the wires out of the way. The earpieces are comfortable, come with 3 different sizes and STAY IN PLACE once you get the right ones for your ears. The controls are simple and easy to differentiate by touch after a short time.

I drive about 2k miles a week and get a lot of use out of headsets. I have yet to find one that lasts more than a year. The construction quality of this unit feels and looks good, maybe these will last.

2 out of 5 eggsAwsome as bad the connections is

Pros: I bought this product because it one on the only bluetooh earphone to be stereo and plus its other pros as you may know

Cons: -the connection is very bad, not worth the good things.
It desynchronizes once or twice every 30 min, the iphone still
plays the music but sound signal doesn't get to earphones.,
-Sound on Iphone is not very loud, good for kids runinng their
ears but it is just not loud enough at maximum.
-When talking on phone it is hard to bbe heard since u may
have eco issues, must be in a silent place not to noisy.

Other Thoughts: those earphones look great but it doesn't matter caus i get upset everytime since connection is always lost..
I better have wired earphones that work but Im
stuck with those until i find other interesting earphones.

Manufacturer Response:

I'm sorry you're having issues with the connection. Please send us an email at and we'll discuss options for replacement. Thank you.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat sound, flakey connection

Pros: I love the sound and the comfort level of these earbuds. Decent bass response for in-ear headsets and crystal clear sound...when it works.

Cons: The connection is very intermittent. I go for a 45 min. walk each day and at least twice in that time the connection stops and I have to hit the stop/start button twice to get the audio back. It will also cut in and out as if the signal is being interfered with. I bought these so I didn't have to run a direct connection to my phone but the Bluetooth transmitting has been a real disappointment.

Other Thoughts: I'm listening to music on an iPhone 4S with 256kbps audio. I'm going to try 128kbps tracks and see if it makes a difference. If it does I'll edit this review and let you know.

Manufacturer Response:

Please email us at and let us troubleshoot this. If necessary, we'll get you started on an RMA for a replacement under warranty. Thank you.
