5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Works really well. Got one for me and my girlfriend and we both love them.

Cons: Dogs like them. Girlfriend's dog sank teeth into hers. Still works though, happened to miss all the wires (kinda a smart dog, I guess).

3 out of 5 eggsMine was defective

Pros: Very comfortable, Easy pairing. Charge case is great to protect it while charging.

Cons: Worked for about 1 minute. Once I paired it, the light went out and wouldn't turn on again. Charged it overnight with no effect. Finally responded again after 24 hours but died again after I tried to pair it again. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S III, so there shouldn't be a compatibility issue.

Other Thoughts: Just hoping I got the 1 bad apple in the bunch. Newegg was very very helpful with issueing an RMA for me and sending me a prepaid shipping label. Hopefully the replacement works out.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat for 6+mo Then Not...

Pros: Was the perfect earpiece for 7 1/2 months.

Cons: Died after 7 1/2 months.
Charger still works, but the earpiece only charges until a blinking red light....DEAD!

Tried only leaving it charging for an hour and tested, but still nothing.

2 out of 5 eggsDecent sound for price; Needs improvement in execution; Android application support is a lie.

Pros: -Charging case is an awesome idea.
-Microphone quality seems to be good.
-Voice prompts are pretty useful.
-Serviceable sound quality for the price.
-

Cons: -Audio artifacts in earpiece. Seems to be a problem mainly when receiving calls on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, although it's not audible in non-bluetooth headsets or the phone's earpiece.
-"Android application support" doesn't support Android versions above 2.3.
-Maximum volume is too low.
-Too easy to redial the last number. One press of the main button redials on Android 4.2/AOSP. Don't know if there is any way to avoid this behavior, but it's annoying to introduce a new form of accidental dialing.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Headset; case could be better

Pros: Great range
Clear Audio
Carrying case

Cons: Difficult to remove from carrying case

Other Thoughts: Contrary to another reviewer's post, there IS a Micro-USB port on the headset itself.

The issue of the difficulty in removing from the case is as follows, at least for my Galaxy S III. When I remove the headset from the case, I hold the call answer button while doing so. Nothing happens if the phone is standby.

If I do remove it while a call is coming in, however, then I have to make sure to not inadvertently double-press the button as this will hang up the call. The single press answers the call, which is okay if not ideal.

A button to release this headset from its carrying case would be much preferred.

The ear bud alone without the ear hook is sufficient for me for use in the car. For jogging, though, you probably would want the hook, which I have not bothered to try.

1 out of 5 eggsNever really worked

Pros: Looks great. Light weight. Easy to set up. Gets great reviews for call quality. Many included ear gels in clear and black; and 2 over-ear hooks (1 clear/1 black).
Samsung provided for the cost of returning it via UPS.

Cons: Never established a voice connection, though it did pair well to several devices. After about 8 hours of ownership, while trying to get it to actually function as a voice connection to my smartphone, it stopped making any sound whatever, including any audible confirmation tones such as volume or command requests, or connection confirmation, as it did when I first set it up. All pairing was successful and confirmed by the other devices; but nothing audible came from the earpiece. After about 30 minutes on the phone with Samsung, an RMA was issued.

Other Thoughts: The retail package included a QuickStart Guide which noted that a full version of the manual was available at samsung.com/support in a PDF version. The Samsung site, however, does not acknowledge this item at all, and has no online support for it. Abandoned and orphaned, it would seem.
While searching online for a copy of the manual, I discovered that this item is for sale in various and many locations. From the big A-Z guys, to the specialty shops. And price ranges from $26 to $99. Apparently when Samsung abandoned it, and every trace of it was scrubbed from their site, stores are now scrambling to unload inventory and fast.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Audio

Pros: Great audio quality for others; very good audio quality for the caller. People have actually asked if I'm calling from my office, without realizing that I was calling from my car while driving.

Cons: Ear piece fitting is not optimal. The in-ear holder is not the most stable - the long arm of the unit may weigh it down a bit. I have taken to using the in-ear piece combined with the over-the-ear piece. Using this combo has made it quite comfortable, but now it's harder to fit it into the charging holder.

Also, don't misplace that charging holder, because you cannot plug a standard charging cable directly into the unit - you must use the adapter.

Other Thoughts: Overall, a really good unit which does what it's supposed to do - make clear calls without others repeatedly asking you to repeat what you said.
