4 out of 5 eggsPretty Happy

Pros: Good, Clean sound
Easy to connect
Battery life is good

Cons: Does not stay in your ear during hard workouts
Bulky back design of it doesnt fit my ear too well
Indicator light stopped working
Some static on one side here and there

Other Thoughts: I use these when I go workout. I have had it for about 3 months now and have used it probably over 50 times.

I love the wireless at the gym. I leave my phone down in a corner and go lift. However, around lots of machinery, the distance is only good for about 20-30 feet if there is not a clear sight to the phone. Also, while jump roping or treadmill...they will not stay in my ear. If you were to wear a headband of something, i guess they would stay. Otherwise it is best while walking or lifting.

They are great when I use it at work, sitting at my desk. I can stream music off it almost 5+ hours straight with no problems. Battery life is surprisingly well.

Sound quality like someone mentioned is actually not distorted even on 90% volume. Of course I am using my phone so I dont expect it to over power the headphones. But the sound is clear and the bass is surprisingly crisp. Better than any wired headphones I have owned the costed under $50

When I sweat, they come off easily and I have to wipe them down every few minutes.

The indicator light stopped working after 2 months. Also, I noticed after a week of ownership, with about 5 full head of sweat workouts...the left earpiece developed some static after about 10 minutes of use. It isnt all the time and my phone was right next to it so it wasnt interference.

Overall, I am happy and it still works and does what i intended. sound quality is great for a wireless and it keeps wires away while at the gym. I would buy it again if I had the choice. I have not owned another BT headset but I am not disappointed.

2 out of 5 eggsNice-ish

Pros: They sound great and are light. Fit in my ear well.

Cons: After a month the indicator light stopped working so they don't say when they are charging or charged when plugged in. I have to connect them to the phone to hear battery level. Of course it is after the 30 return period.

Other Thoughts: Great for the price if you got the rebate card.

5 out of 5 eggsMotoroal Bluetooth Stereo Headset

Pros: The sound quality is very good, the headet is comfortable to wear compared to others, very light and portable, water resistant and the battery life is decent. I've worn these several times on long bike rides and while cutting my grass on my lawn tractor. They've worked better than I expected. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Cons: It takes a few trials to of the different sized ear buds to get a good fit and seal so don't get disappointed if the first size does not fit comfortably.

2 out of 5 eggsDisappointing

Pros: Good sound quality

Cons: Doesn't stay in my ears, especially when sweating or running (bouncing up and down)
Occasional static/brief disconnects
Died after 6 weeks of use

Other Thoughts: I was so excited when I first got this headset because I am tired of wires getting in my way during my workouts. When I tried it at home, it was easy to pair and I was impressed with the sound quality.

But once I used it at the gym, reality set in. It started slipping off my ear after just a few minutes of exercise, right after I started sweating. I was constantly fiddling with it, and I tried every combination of ear gel sizes, but nothing worked. It became just as frustrating as my wired headphones.

Then, after I charged it up one day, it just wouldn't power on. This happened after only 6 weeks of use. I am filing a warranty claim with Motorola, and I'm confident they'll make it right, but I can't believe it broke already in the first place. Based on some of the other reviews, this appears to be surprisingly common.

Bottom line: find another option if you can.

3 out of 5 eggsNot Sweat Resistant

Pros: I have been wanting a BT headset for several years, but never wanted to spend a lot of money for it. When I saw these on sale, I quickly picked up a set.

The fit is good and lightweight. The BT connectivity is fine for the most part, although I do get occasional glitches in the reception on some tracks when running with my phone in my pocket. Moving the phone to an arm band helps. Wearing these during flights (ahem, what was that about airplane mode?) is a treat. I love not being tied down by wires if I have to get up.

Cons: This headset is prone to malfunctioning with sweat. I purchased these to wear during workouts. The flimsy rubber cover for the USB charging port doesn't completely seal off that port, allowing moisture to get in. If this happens, then the headsets short out and stop working. I thought they were broken. They eventually dried out and started working again, but the charging LED appears to be forever gone. I will be RMA'ing them through Motorola.

Other Thoughts: It's hard to recommend these headsets for use while exercising, which at least for me represents most of the time that I would use them.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty decent so far

Pros: Wow, there are a lot of bad reviews for this thing, but personally I feel these headphones are pretty good. I use them for my morning walk when I listen to audiobooks or watch youtube videos on a tred mill and don't want to bother with cables with my phone. I also use them on my computer when I feel like having a cable free experience.

The sound is very respectable on these headphones. I've had others that have sounded extremely muddy. These are as clear as a 60-70 dollar pair of in-ear earbuds. The bass is also pretty decent (not as tight, sometimes gets in the way of vocals), as long as you can get a seal with the ear cups
**(TIP: pick a larger ear tip, and when the headphones are in your ears, rotate the ear tip arm towards the front of your head, that has helped me get a full seal.)

Batteries is a respectful 3+ hours with constant music/youtube video streaming.. My previous bluetooth headphones only had a little over half an hr of juice, so this makes me very happy. I used it for 3 hours before I decided to charge it, and it was at "low battery" status. I haven't fully used the headphones till they're fulled drained yet.

Even so, these are the best bluetooth headphones I've used so far.

Cons: The volume up/down buttons on the headphones are difficult to press. You need to brace the headphones with a finger and press hard to change the volume, making 1 handed use a little more difficult, but it's still MUCH better than the horrible ones I had before.

This the final con, and the reason why I couldn't give it 5 stars, is when the headphones are charging, you cannot use it. Motorola provided a nice long AC adapter with micro-usb connection for charging. You can charge if on your PC too, with a micro usb cable. If i could charge the headphones while still using them, these would be perfect.

1 out of 5 eggsSave Your Money

Pros: It worked for 5 days. Then I shelved it for a while [the second one I received]. Recently tried to use the new one with my samsung galaxy s4 and sounded worse than before.

Cons: Waste of time and money. Doesnt fit very well and music is not very clear. Current phone is Samsung Galaxy S4.

2 out of 5 eggsHorrible Fit!!!!

Pros: Sound quality and for that they get two eggs.

Cons: They do not stay on the ear when using during exercise. I was riding my mountain bike with them and I had to stop every couple of minutes to reattach. After 30 minutes of use I took them off as I was tired of stopping. It may just be my ears but I'm very disappointed

Other Thoughts: Sound quality was wonderful. I have the S9's and this was a great improvement. I'm just devastated that they don't stay attached.

1 out of 5 eggsDoesn't Fit Well

Pros: Sound Quality is fine

Cons: There are many ear tips included with this headset, but I can't get any of them to stay nicely in my ear (mostly my left ear). Its completely annoying and I'm constantly fiddling with them. I can't recommend these.

2 out of 5 eggsErgo-fright

Pros: Fits well, pairs easily reasonably good sound. Easier to wear under a bike helmet and with riding glasses than the more rigid SD-9 and S10.

Cons: Tactile feedback on buttons is so bad that it is almost impossible to operate this headset while wearing it. I normally use a headset when trail riding, and this unit is a massive step backwards from the usability of the S9-HD and S10-HD. What a disappointment!

Other Thoughts: I've been through one S9, four S10 (last one under warranty). Unfortunately, Motorola seems to be building worse and worse products. My S9 lasted almost two years, the S10s about two months each before buttons stopped working. Too bad that Moto can take designs that have the potential to be great devices and then fail to deliver on quality.
