Pros: The NGP is known to be the best material for protecting the iPhone, bar none.

Cons: Extremely flawed execution prevents pressing down of the power button. This is invariably, endlessly frustrating. It's unbelievable that the case would be shipped with this flaw, ruining Incipio's formerly great reputation.

Other Thoughts: By the time I tried this case on I was outside of my return window. Don't make the same mistake!

Pros: The case looks wonderful on the phone and seems to fit pretty well. The texture and feel of the case is nearly perfect and it keeps the iPhone 5 slim.

Cons: I have the same issues as the other reviewers. The lock button is insanely hard to push, the volume buttons are a bit harder than I would like, and it has this sharp thing all around the edge.

Other Thoughts: All in all I would NOT recommend this case to anyone due to the razer edge and lock button fail. There are simply better options. Luckily for me, I had a feeling one of the cases I liked would suck so I ordered two, the other is the Incipio Silcrylic one.

Check that one out. Incipio at its finest. Wonderful case with no flaws to speak of.

Pros: Fairly slim that is about it.

Cons: 1. Sharp edges all around the body.
2. Top pwr/sleep button impossibly hard to push down to active.
3. Bottom lip area near speaker/lightning connector fits loose loose.
4. Does not work with lightning to 30 pin adapter since it wont allow flush connection against the connector area of the phone. You have to remove case to use the lightning adapter.

Other Thoughts: Did they actually fit this over iPhone 5 and tested it themselves before selling it to consumers? How can the go from so flawless on iPhone 4 NGP model to absolute disaster. I cant believe I wasted my money on this product.

Pros: Side buttons are perfect. Mute switch and bottom cutouts are perfect. Case looks awesome--just what you'd expect from an Incipio NGP.

Cons: The deal-breaker: Defect in design prevents proper use of lock button. Very disappointing!

Other Thoughts: I couldn't wait for this case, as I've thoroughly loved every second spent with my iPhone 4 Incipio NGP case. This was a major letdown. I'm certain this was not a one-off deal because my colleague purchased the same case (from a different vendor) and experienced the same issue.
