Pros: Looks nice

Cons: The transmission audio quality is horrible.
The OFFSHORE support is less than helpful.
I am returning it for a refund.
Do NOT waist your money on one of these.

1 out of 5 eggsPOOR SOUND-CHEAP-AVOID

Pros: nice extras included-car charger-pc usb adapter

Cons: I rarely do negative reviews but I was ripped off on this. Sound quality and noise cancellation = FAIL. The answer and power buttons cause me to hangup on people all the time when trying to answer. Don't buy this thing.
I have used a really old motorola M17 and my playstation BT earpiece actually sound better than this. I actually forgot it at the hotel on travel yesterday and am looking forward to finding a replacement. $50 bucks wasted.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks just fine!!!

Pros: -was easy to pair with my cell phone, and even computer.
-People say that they hear me fine on the other side, even with some background noise (when watching a movie, or outside in a semi-crowded place in nyc)
-I can hear others clearly, but the volume should be able to go a little higher.
-Fits nicely over my ear, you have 2 or 3 sizes
-comes with a car charger (small, and may break with other electronics, since there is no wire, and the headset hangs from it, but you can buy a usb cable and use it for other devices as well since the charger comes with a usb port)
-Micro usb connection, instead of a proprietary connection.

Cons: -Wish the volume could go up a little more, can get hard to hear someone with some noise in the background
-The ear hooks do not feel that comfortable, can get very unconfortable after just 1-2 hours (but you can use the ear gels that are shaped like a hook on top (they fit nicely (for me, user experience may vary), and are also comfortable for long term use))

Other Thoughts: Definitly recommend this product, the only disappointment were the ear hooks, and that the headset itself is a little low in volume.

3 out of 5 eggsSending it back... if I can find the packaging

Pros: The voice navigation to intuitive, pairs easily with devices, and is stylish for a headset

Cons: - constantly pairs and unpairs with devices
- the action button is in a weird location so if you're adjusting the headset during a call it's easy to get disconnected
- the volume of the ear piece is just too quiet. I have a Jawbone ICON and this wasn't an issue with my phone.

Other Thoughts: I originally had a Jawbone Icon but lost it. Funny thing, I mixed up Jawbone and Jabra and ended up buying this one. Well, eventually my old ICON turned up and I realized my mistake. I loved the Jawbone and am going to buy another Jawbone ICON HD to replace it. (Turns out the ICON that I lost as in a jacket pocket which eventually went through the wash...oops). I wouldn't purchase this again.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Comfortable in the ear

Cons: DOES NOT BLOCK OUT NOISE!!!!! My wife said the tv was BLARING through the headset, even though the volume was way down on the tv. I could barely hear the tv but she said it as if I was standing next to it with it blasting.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Device

Pros: Impressed as soon as I removed from box. Paired with both my cell phones in less than a minute. Switches between phones effortlessly. Sound is crystal clear on my end.

Cons: Ear gets sore when wearing for long periods of time. Switching ears helps. Needs a softer more comfortable ear gel. Power cord is very short. HTC phone cord works with device.

Other Thoughts: Overall, great device....

5 out of 5 eggsHighly recommend buying this one

Pros: Surpassed my expectations, have had a Jabra bluetooth for several years..finally died so I got this one as a gift.
Very loud speaker on this one
Noise caceling wtfe it is works great too (barely notice a shotgun going off in background while someone is talking)
Flawlessly and quickly connects to bluetooth enabled devices
Use it often to listen to music or talk radio while driving, or when watching movies on the phone when not at home

Cons: volume and voice activation stops working when immersed in mtn dew

Other Thoughts: looks like it was built by replicators
I bought one of these at Best Buy with an extended warranty (good thing because of the mtn dew mishap)
