As far as I can tell there is no difference between the two models like there was with the iPhone 4. The case fits well and the volume buttons line up well. The sound/vibrate switch fits and is easily accessible. The camera cutout is large enough that the flash does not reflect off the case. Cons: At first I was sent two GB01747 cases from Accessory One. These were designed for the AT&T iPhone 4 which has buttons in slightly different positions than the 4s.
