Cons: this product is not Versatile enough to use with all Ipods, or iphones. Other Thoughts: If you like it and it is not working properly it will be replaced. Cons: The car charger gives "This device is not supported" error message with iPhone 3G. Nice to have another home charger for my iPod. Cons: None that I encountered in using it yet. Other Thoughts: The only thing I wish this item featured is that it had two ports on the car charger instead of the single port. Not a huge hindrance or anything to fault it for but it would have been cool to be able to charge my phone and my external battery pack at the same time. Good piece of gear though.
