1 out of 5 eggsFM Transmitter not working

Pros: Speaker phone works on the unit, blue tooth connects

Cons: Got this unit mainly due to the fact it was supposed to easily connect out to the car stereo and be able to use that for speaker phone... unfortunately that feature did not work.

Other Thoughts: Price was too good to be true. Saw $30 off, but did not see anywhere that it said this unit was a refurb. Missing a small piece of plastic that I believe is used to hold the visor clip in place.

Everything works but the one feature I wanted it for.

5 out of 5 eggsbetter than expected in low reception area

Pros: great radio reception even in the worst reception area in the country (DC) great battery life (3-4 days of 8 hour daily use), USB cable with car charger included, easy syncing, easy use, can change the songs, pause or start music, answer calls, and voice activation are all great. very low profile. no need to speak above a normal coversation tone to be heard perfectly. Actually people say they dont even know they are on speaker.

Cons: cant think of any. I actually am going to purchase another one for my husband.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this to everyone!

5 out of 5 eggsCannot ask for more

Pros: Best FM transmitter I have found. I drive by 3 large communication towers each day and the Jabra actually overpowers the towers. My Garmin was just static until I was out of range. Sound quality from transmitter is quite good.
I was even able to use transmitter in Chicago where there is a station on every FM frequency.
Syncs up fast with phone. Easy to use one touch phone answer. Great reception and clarity during calls with full duplex communication.
Voice low battery warning is nice too.

Cons: No wall charger.

5 out of 5 eggsBest one I've found

Pros: Great sound quality over fm. I tried the motorola roadster, and the plantronics k100 before I bought this one. The motorola worked well, and had good features, but music played over the fm transmiter wasn't great, and plantronics was one of the most useless things I've ever owned. The jabra has better features than the motorola, and better sound quality. The skip forward and back buttons are a huge plus. It wa also $30 cheaper than the moto, and $10 cheaper than the plan.

Cons: It has never made me a sandwich, not even once.

4 out of 5 eggsJust what I needed...

Pros: GREAT FM signal transmission. Slick design that doesn't take up much room. Good battery life. Easy to use.

Cons: There is a slight loss in volume when your connected through bluetooth and then broadcasting through FM to your car stereo.

Other Thoughts: This is just what I needed! I actually use it in 2 different cars and it works great in both. My cellphone is Android and it connects easily and has incredible battery life for the amount of time I use it. I stream music, GPS and take calls etc and it pipes it all through my car stereo. Like I said... there is a slight volume loss but I just turn it up a couple clicks and we're good. It has controls on the Jabra and once it automatically connects to my phone when I turn it on... I literally leave my phone in my pocket and press play on the Jabra and it starts playing tunes and when a call comes in, it announces the number and I just hit the receive button... no reason to even pull my phone out of my pocket. Call quality is great and most people never know I am on handsfree.

1 out of 5 eggsReceived Refurb Item

Pros: Only minor scratches and dings

Cons: Guess it (the sale) was too good to be true. Product arrives in plastic ziploc bag with unit, power cord and cigarette lighter adapter shipped in bubble bag package mail. Instructions state item is not under manufacturer's warranty and a copy of the limited warranty for refurb products ships with the item. Product is not even protected by plastic film of any kind.

Other Thoughts: If this item is refurbished, then it should be listed as such on the sales listing. Should not have to find this out once the product is received.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for price, but...

Pros: Price (on sale)
Battery life is great
Small
Microphone is very clear
Noise cancellation works great
FM transmitter is nice when there's no interference
Clip holds securely to visor

Cons: Built in speaker could be louder/clearer
FM transmitter is weak (susceptible to radio interference)
Talking voice sounds like 90's technology (very robot-ish)
Can't select radio stations below 88.1mhz (87mhz is rarely used and would be a much better station to broadcast on since interference would be minimal)

Other Thoughts: I use this while on location in the oilfield and it works great for me, but there's almost no radio stations in the area so radio interference isn't a problem until I get back into town where the radio dial is jammed with stations. The default station is 88.1mhz, but can be changed manually. If there is very much static on the radio station (through your radio), you might still hear the static coming through while you're talking on the phone with the Cruiser on FM.
I like everything about this except the FM transmitter is too weak, so if there's much activity on the radio, you'll hear interference through your speakers.
Good price/features vs. weak FM transmitter = 4 stars
