Pros: This is a wonderful phone to have as a backup for power outages, when your cordless phone or AC adapter powered corded phone doesn't work. It runs just off the power in the phone line, and it has pretty good volume amplification considering that fact.

It could also be a great everyday corded phone if you are on a budget, but only if you don't mind it not having any fancy features like caller ID, clock, and tetris (just kiddin hehehe).

The sound quality is really clear, and the plug where the handset's coiled cord plugs into the phone base is actually really well designed to have some play back and forth so as not to cause static on the phone when you move the cord.

Cons: No pong game (hahaha!)

Pros: great phone for the price, clear sounds, loud ringer

Cons: none to speak of, its a cheap phone, it feels light weight, but it works

Other Thoughts: We needed cheap analog phones that looked nice and worked well, these fit exactly what we needed
