Cons: YOU HAVE 0 YEARS MFG. WARRANTY

That's right. Panasonic will not honour their warranty when this phone is purchased through NewEgg, as "they are not an authorized Panasonic vendor".

I called in with regard to a faulty A/C adapter for one of the charging units, and was SHOCKED at this response. I let the CSR know that I could not believe that this was their response, that I could not believe that this was how their company would treat their warranty.

Don't let the NewEgg description fool you. You have 30 days from NewEgg, that's it.

I have had the unit for less than 120 days. I only called in now (even though the problem manifested itself much, much earlier), because I now have a little time to stay on hold.

Other Thoughts: I will never buy another product from Panasonic. They have proven that they are a company that will not stand behind their product.

I am truly bitter with this experience.

I am currently awaiting a manager to call me back, but I'm not holding my breath. Will post more if anything positive comes of this.

Pros: It works as promised, most of the time

Cons: Sound quality is very poor. Sound is always good on your end, the other party often complains. Sound quality seems to degrade over a very short time. I'm getting more and more complaints as time goes on.

Other Thoughts: The value is good, the features are good, but none of its attributes make up for the poor sound quality, I've lost potential new customers because of it.

Pros: Used in our business, this has worked out very well

Cons: Manual is a little confusing. Getting all of the handsets to "sync" was a little challenging, but OK now.

Pros: Nice looking, easy to program and use. With the handsets one doesn't have to stay near the telephone, take it with you. Reception is very good, speaker phone is good but we wish the volume could be a little higher and sharper, have to be near the telephone to speak so the microphone can pickup your voice.
I checked all the telephones available and this was the best two line phone I could find.

Cons: Speaker phone could be a bit louder

Pros: Easy to use and setup, rugged, loud and clear sound, no interference nor distortion, long range, long battery life -- tried several name brands this is best 2 line DECT

Cons: My only negative is that I wish wireless phone companies would use the LED lamp blinking to indicate from a distance a message is waiting vs having to read directly from the LCD display.

Pros: Sleek design, DECT 6.0 expandability and signal quality, reasonable cost, corded handset (i.e., you are not always tied to the cordless handsets).

Cons: Speakerphone microphone sensitivity. I'm finding that it is very hard to find a speakerphone that has a microphone that is sensitive enough to break in on conversations --- and I have a particularly loud voice. When I have to lean in and bang the table or shout or push a digit on the number pad in order to interrupt a conversation that's going on then the speakerphone is useless unless I am just on the call to listen.

Other Thoughts: If you need a speakerphone, this isn't your unit. Otherwise, it's a solid phone system.
