4 out of 5 eggsGood Phone with limitations

Pros: No cords around the house. Easy to use. My model is supposed to connect to my cell phone (actually is supposed to connect to two cell phones but will only work with one at a time). Will take a headset if you need one. Time and date are supposed to set automatically when you subscribe to a Caller ID feature on your regular telephone.

Cons: Cannot download ring tones and the ring tones on the phone are limited. You cannot load multiple telephone numbers to a single name. If your contact has several phones, the name has to be reentered for each separate number and is retained as a separate entry (or so it seems on my phone.)

I had a problem when I first set up these phones in that the ringer did not ring properly. It seemed to ring very briefly (like about a quarter of the regular ring) and then stop. The continued for about a week until I left one of the handsets off of the charger. Then the phone started ringing properly and has continued to work properly since.

Final item - power goes out and you don't subscribe to a Caller ID feature on your regular phone line, you need to reset the time and date in the answering machine. Not a big deal but an internal battery would have solved the problem. Plugging it into an inexpensive UPS solved the problem.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this phone elsewhere than New Egg because New Egg did not have the phone with the cell phone bluetooth attachment feature. However, the phone that I purchased has the same model number as this phone.
