You have to literally destroy the fit and finish to remove the cover to get at the battery strip inside. Jabra Techsupport is non-responsive. I entered a trouble ticket on their site and never got a response. Other Thoughts: I don't recommend buying one of these unless you like tinkering around with the battery to get is working. Very comfortable and lightweight, can hardly feel on your head. Good battery charge as well and small footprint. Cons: The battery security strip was a major pain. Ripped multiple times before I found a screwdriver small enough to remove the cover and batter to take out the strip. Other Thoughts: Very good price point for the product.
