Cons: There is a major flaw with the design. they fit into the controller just fine, but they don't make consistent contact with the battery terminals inside the controller. Cons: Within one hour of play-time, one of the batteries was indicating "low-Battery", but the others were fine. The battery did not die, but it was annoying. The gigantic blue blinking lights are annoying also. Other Thoughts: I have seen complaints on other sites that you have to completely remove the skin and the strap if you want to charge the battery while keeping it on the remote.
