Pros: Good tuning system. Robust construction.

Cons: The tone quality of this radio make it unsuitable for anything other than music. If you want to listen to voice, don't buy this radio. The bass is so low that it distorts the sound at anything above half volume. This makes it unusable for listening at more than a few feet away . Workplace radio? I don't think so.

Other Thoughts: Contacted the manufacturer and they admitted that the radio is useless for listening to voice broadcasts and that it was designed for just music. If it was designed for music only, why does it have an AM band? There suggestion was to give it to someone who only listens to music. I have a suggestion for the manufacturer. PUT IN A TONE CONTROL!

Other Thoughts: This is a great substitute for a oversized boombox that has lousy discrimination. I live in a mountainous area and close frequencies bounce and converge. This radio pulls them all apart and cleans them up.

Pros: Great heavy duty radio. Powerful sound.
