Cons: Slow shipping, poor communication between newegg and warehouse

Other Thoughts: Ordered this mount for my new place on 1/18, paid extra for rush processing for delivery to my old address so it would arrive before I left on 1/25, with 3 day ground. On 1/21, status was still ” packaging”, call newegg to expedite, they say they will email third party warehouse to get it out on first truck next day and request 2 day shipping. Check on 1/23, still hadn't shipped, call newegg again, change delivery address to new address. email with tracking # sent on 1/25, shipping to old address, estimated arrival 1/28! TOTAL FAIL. Love newegg, but don't offer rush processing on stuff not in your warehouse. I'm sure the mount is great, but the vendor and newegg are not communicating well. Simple change of address request, and they can't figure it out. on top of that, 10 day turnaround its not okay.

Pros: The mount is great, it does what it's supposed to do. Welds are of high quality. Very affordable, better bargain then getting one at a brick-n-mortar.

Cons: The screws, man they are cheaper then a, well, two dollar screw. Both Rosswill and now this company have sent me great products that come with screws that strip like Alexus at the local gentleman's club.

Other Thoughts: Atleast these screws' heads will fit a ratchet set, but give up on using a screwdriver or drill.
