Pros: Inexpensive and available in the wake of Atlona having discontinued their equally spec'd product.
Cons: Spoke with the manufacturer after having installed the product to finding no functionality. The manufacturer rep approved our install methods and went through a few troubleshooting tips. None of those worked. Finally the rep asked what TVs we were using. When he heard that we were using Samsung, he informed us that they have had compatibility issues with Samsung products, i.e. compatibility issues with the largest TV manufacturer in the world.
Other Thoughts: If you're interconnecting Samsung products, I would recommend you look for another product.

Pros: This had to be the easiest installation of this wall plate from coverting HDMI to ether back to HDMI to the 2nd TV tied into master bedroom. ZERO delay from the 2 tvs, both are in sync with each other. I had to installed the day I got it, hopefully it will last. I used Tripp Lite brand HDMI splitter and both work great. Thanks newegg, once again, you will one day put Walmart out of business.
Cons: Price, but hey they have to make money to make more products.
Other Thoughts: I am very pleased, but I only had it a day. I will reply back if there is a problem.

Works as advertised
Pros: I extended an HDMI signal from my splitter in the basement 105 feet (according to my toner) to my TV upstairs. 1080p from the xbox360 comes through perfectly. No pixelation or artifacting of any kind
Cons: The punchdowns for the cables are reversed on the receiving panel. The cable on the left side of the sending jack gets punched into the right side of the receiving jack, and vice versa. The punchdowns are labeled, so it's not that big of a deal - just something to be aware of.
Other Thoughts: The manufacturer recommends Cat6 24AWG for best performance at maximum distance. I used Cat6 23AWG because that's what I had laying around, so I can't say if 24AWG would have worked at the maximum distance or not.
