Pros: Awesome picture, great product for the money

Cons: Cheap 3-D glasses

Pros: The housing is simple and does not detract/distract from the viewing area, it is very slim and light.

Cons: Localized pixelation during action scenes in both 2 and 3d most notable while watching Avengers, Spiderman, Dark Knight Rises BluRays, sports and racing. This set displays still images very well but unfortunately, being a TV, I expect it to display things called "moving pictures" without issue. The pixelation is so bad in some scenes that my 5y/o made a comment that football players "look like lego men on our new TV".

Other Thoughts: The remote is a very odd shape and does not lie flat, however, I am controlling the set through my receiver so the only time I use the remote is to turn 3d on and off.

The 2d to 3d converter works fairly well but sometimes moves objects in the background to the foreground and vice versa.

Pros: -3D is VERY impressive, I've dabbled in 3D for years and it's great to move away from shutter glasses, finally passive circular polarized lens.
-Netflix/Hulu etc work very well.
-Magic Remote is very intuitive and works very well.
-WiFi easy to connect.

Cons: 3D effect doesn't not work when wall mounted above eye level. It worked great out of the box on a coffee table, due to pets and kids I have all tv's in the house wall mounted.
TV speakers are terrible, you need sound bar. Out of the box you can't watch any media above 20% volume with out distortion, you must turn bass and mid range all the way down.
Black levels are terrible, I have a flagship Aquos from 7 years ago that has far better black levels, was very dissapointed this tv didn't perform better.
Backlighting is not uniform across the screen.
The panel is gloss and not matte, every window in the room show reflections on the screen

Other Thoughts: For the money, it has great 3D and SmartTV functions work very well. However, it is the lowest end TV i've purchased in a long time, in hines sight I wish I spent more, I consider this money wasted and will move the unit to a spare bed room

Pros: Easy to setup. Actually I just connected cables, applied power, connected to my wireless router and I was done.
Great picture, easy to use (tried to show my grandson how to use remote, one look and he said "this just like the Wii" and he was off and running), even 2D shows seem to have depth to them.

Cons: Haven't found any yet.

Other Thoughts: This TV is well worth the money. I was worried that the passive 3D picture wouldn't be too great but it is terrific. Sound is pretty good for a couple of small, low wattage speakers but they work fine. Plenty of apps. to keep me busy for a long time.

Other Thoughts: Best purchase i made all year this tv is exactly, streams mys my HD videos, shows from my computer effortlessly Netflix and Hulu plus stream HD videos seamlessly its amazing, 3d to 2d conversion is great, this is how movies and television should be watched

Cons: -Looks very similar to the Samsung ES model

Other Thoughts: This is a very good TV. The Smart TV is very responsive. One of the features that I really enjoy using is the 2D to 3D converter. I didn't have to spend extra money on a separate 3D converter.

Pros: 3D - Automatically recognizes 3D content and switches to 3D mode.
Sound - Quality is very good. I connected the TV to my component set, but most of the time just use the speakers.
WIFi - 802.11 a/b/g/n capable, easy to setup
Netflix and other streaming adapters built-in
Picture Viewing - can use the TV to view you photo albums
Swivel Base - I bought a wall adapter for it, but would have saved my money if I had seen this swivel base first.

Cons: Some very minor issues.
1 - The manual controls on the bottom have lettering that is gray on a charcoal background so they are hard for old farts like me to read (have to use a flashlight).
2 - If you turn the TV off while it is in the 3D mode, it sizes the picture incorrectly when you turn it back on. Had to fiddle with it a bit to figure out how to solve that one.
3 - Not enough audio connections. I had to buy an adapter to go from Digital Optical Audio to standard RCA plugs.

Other Thoughts: Very happy with my purchase. I read a lot of reviews before I selected this one. Thanks to those who posted those reviews. Thanks also to New Egg for the special price!
