Pros: Great picture quality... in ideal settings.
nice physical design, voice commands work ok.
Cons: Terrible light bleeding. I mean BAD. I am someone who read about this issue before i purchased the TV and am not a super particular person so I didn't take it that serious. It is terrible though, especially if your watching ANYTHING with a dark setting (game or movie).
the camera and motion control are absolutely useless. I have the feature turned off
I am in the process of having the TV Serviced now through samsung. The TV is not even 6 months old. It now is currently stuck in a crash loop where the TV will display vertical lines of color, then turn off, then turn on again, work for a few seconds, and crash at the vertical line screen again. They came over and replaced the Logic board on the TV (mind you after canceling on me the first time), and the tv worked for about 2 weeks, then the same issue happened.
had to reopen ticket, and now they are..... replacing the logic board again! How does that make sense? You would think they would come up with a different diagnosis.
I am very dissatisfied with Samsung from this TV after being a life long promoter only buying samsung TV's and monitors.

Pros: -3d is great -Nice large screen -Neat Features
Cons: -Mothion control Is Slow to respond, most the time doesnt want to come on.
-Voice control only works when it feels like it.
-The back lighting is horrible. When there is dark colors on screen I can see all the back lights shining onto picture as if it was the batman call light . This is very distracting and poor quality. The are bright as day and visible especially the corner ones.
-the smart controller is a pain. Once you link it to the ir blaster. you need to figure out how to control other devices. there is no manual telling you what button does what for the device.
Over all the TV is Functioning like a new Apple2e computer. the features are slow to respond or dont respond and the picture quality isnt up to par.
Other Thoughts: For close to 4 thousand dollars I expected this tv to be better then my 55 inch 3d LG TV.
