When I brushed my teeth with this puppy, my mouth is tingling! I bought this about 2 weeks ago, and absolutely no problems with it. Though two weeks isn't enough to really give it much of a try-out, I'm so impressed, I just had to rate it! Cons: The brush heads seem to be a bit pricey, but so are dentists. Unhappy Camper 7/14/2012 6:13:33 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 5/5	Rating: 1/5Problematic Pros: When it works it does a good job. Cons: We have purchased 2 of these toothbrushes in the past 2 years. The first one lasted just over a year before the scrubbing action quit. It still made noise and vibrated, but the brush no longer moved. We bought a replacement which lasted only 6 months before refusing to take a charge. Other Thoughts: It's too bad to see this type of quality control issue from Sonicare. We had a Sonicare brush many years ago that lasted more than 5 years without any problems.
