I would not recommen this to anyone. Other Thoughts: Because of my extremely bad experience with the Bissell Pro Heat 2X, I would not recommend any Bissell products to anyone. Cons: This carpet cleaner is a mechanical monster that has very poor engineering. It breaks down all the time and most things work only intermittently. Even the local service center can't fix it and keep it working for longer than one 12x16 room. I would not recommen this to anyone.

Other Thoughts: Because of my extremely bad experience with the Bissell Pro Heat 2X, I would not recommend any Bissell products to anyone. Looks like the company has gone over to the 'dark side'. Good luck if you buy from them.
