Pros: Excellent product. Works great. Easy to use.

Cons: Expensive, water tank depletes rapid(but I believe all carpet cleaners do this). Easy to assemble except you need a really long screwdriver to fit in some hard to reach areas.

Other Thoughts: Overall great product. Would recommend. Price only downside.
