Pros: It's a very comfortable chair and has decent size armrests for maximum laziness and comfort. The mesh back feels like you're in a hammock the entire time :) Cons: The chair doesn't tilt back easily. It also doesn't lock in that position. You're garunteed productivity this way, but everyone needs a little relaxation, AMIRITE!?
