Upon delivery nowhere on the watch front, back, or band does it state it is a Fossil watch. We feel this is misleading. Do not buy this watch if you are looking for the name brand Fossil.

Other Thoughts: Bought five of these watches for gifts believing they were made by Fossil. I have requested an Rma from Ashford and am awaiting their reply. Their return policy states 100% refund before 30 days if not satisfied. Looks like I will be out postage and the cost of insurance (Required) on $110 worth of watches. I Will post how the Seller, Ashford processes the request for Rma and the process.

Pros: Product was priced right, came earlier than expected. Was boxed very carefully, was even set to the right time. Would not hesitate to purchase from vender again.
