Other Thoughts: This is a very nice watch.

To re-size the wrist band, just look at the arrows on the back of the band and knock the pins out in that same direction with a safety pin, a tack hammer, and a pair of pliers as a block / working surface. Use the first pin that comes out as a punch thereafter. Worked great for me.

Pros: The Seiko watch is very nice, as advertised and a great price! It arrived in 2 days which was fast. I bought this watch to replace a similar Seiko watch I have had for 18 years. The new Seiko has a better latch than the 18 year old watch.
