Other Thoughts: I didn't mention it in cons, because I think its more a newegg 3rd party system thing, but I got the payment charged and item shipped emails the same day I recieved my watch (watch was still there exactly on time).

In either case customer service had already answered my email and provided tracking within a few hours of me sending it.

I would certainly order from them again.

Pros: I have Movado watches...ask the jeweler if he has the special tools necessary to work on them...not all jewelers have them, obviously about the scratching comment.

Cons: My Movado watches are over 25 years old and all I ever had to do was clean them and replace batteries...it is a great watch
