Aonepro AP-820 Automatic Contact Lens Cleaner System

Pros: Cleans my one-day contacts well, without damaging them.

Cons: It took me a while to figure out the button. When you press it, a few seconds pass before there is any feedback, and on a couple of occasions I accidentally shut the thing off prematurely.

Other Thoughts: On balance, I'm very pleased. I use disposable contacts (Dailies AquaComfort Plus), and I bought this device to help me extend the life of my supply (I want it to last me until my next check up in February). The obstacle was cleaning the contacts: no-rub-cleaning fluids failed to get the contacts clean enough for my sensitive eyes, and rubbing resulted frequently in tearing of the delicate contacts. With this device, I was able to get 4 days out of a pair, problem free. Each time I reuse a pair, I save about fifty cents (after deducting the cost of cleaning fluid), so this device should pay for itself in a little over two months.

Pros: This mini washing machine works well. Much better than the special soaking solutions that take eight or more hours to conclude cleaning.
Remove your lens, clean them for two minutes, re-insert, and you're ready to go about your affairs when using this device.

Pros: the product that I own, is identical to the Aonepro AP-820 contact lens cleaner. When I got it it was called the cleansatron. In appearance and accessories right down to the pink and blue cups as well as the baskets it is exactly identical. The writing is the only thing different.
The pro's is this is without a doubt, the best contact cleaner that I've ever used. It requires less handling of the contacts themselves therefore less chance to rip them and instead of rubbing the dirt into them, this swishes them gently causing the buildup to gently float away from the contact. each time I use it it feels like I'm putting new contacts in.

Cons: the biggest con is the amount of contact cleaner necessary to fill the cup. You will definitely use more cleaner than you would if you use just the small storage containers and hand rubbed the contacts, however you would not get them nearly as clean.

Other Thoughts: I tend to cheat a little with the solution, as expensive as it is, you just can't keep dumping it down the drain so to speak, I will use the solution perhaps two or three times and instead of letting them soak in those containers I transfer them to the smaller cases and put fresh solution in them this has worked very well. I would use this method at your own risk since they recommend you not to do that.

Pros: LOVE IT. Cleans your contacts without the fear of tearing or ripping your contact lenses. I love how small it is too, very portable. I also love that it can run on batteries or with the included adapter.
