Pros: None

Cons: Cabinet appeared used. Battery dead in remote. Heating on high mode shuts off automatically after short time. Am going have to go to expense of sending back to manufacturer

Pros: My house is about 1000 Square Feet. On a night where the temp got down to 23F the living room stayed at 74 and the furthest room from the heater stayed at about 50. All and all not bad. I do like the all wood housing cabinet. It makes the LifeSmart LS1500-6 look more like furniture than a heater.

Cons: I had used two heaters, one the LifeSmart LS1500-6 and the other a oil filled electric radiator. With the Radiator the warmest I was able to get the living room 56F and the rest of the house about 34F. With the LifeSmart LS1500-6 added it almost (but not quite) could heat the house by its self.

Other Thoughts: As to how long the unite will last, I cant say. If it lasts the whole twenty-five thousand hours and knowing East Texas winters that could be 5 years. In other parts of the country as little as 2 years. I guess I'll just have to wait and see to find the answer on that question.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Heater

Pros: Looks OK

Cons: Draws alot of current

Other Thoughts: Draws alot of current, but still cheaper than my existing electric heat (in the ceiling). Pretty quiet operation, and adjustable temp help set it up for overall energy savings.
