Air bags had all burst because of the unrapped plates. Control knob was broken off. Replaced the knob with a knob from the Big George it was replaceing. Did you find this review helpful? Most of the items in the package were not secured, ie little packing material was used to secure them. In addition I get a hot electrical smell every time I have used it. Not sure if the unit itself was damaged due to the poor packing. All I know is that I'm afraid of using it. Other Thoughts: I will not be buying from this company again(was a third party on Newegg).
