3 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: From the Newegg website: "Refurbished" products have been tested to ensure compliance with original manufacturer specifications."

Well, I'd like to know who the heck tested mine. Didn't work for even a split second. CPO and Newegg were reasonable. They refunded my money but to be honest, I would have rather them offered a replacement tool because I still need one for a project.

Cons: DOA, never offered to replace tool.

Other Thoughts: Oh well, back to the old drawing board.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks like new. Came in Dremel original box. With exception of ''reconditioned by Dremel'' sticker on the unit one could mistake it for a new. Works great. I already did few small projects that could not have been done nowhere as clean

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsLooks and works like new

Pros: I received this Multi-Max from VMInnovations today. Quick shipping, and arrived sealed in the factory Dremel box. After a close search I finally found two small scratches on the case. The Multi-max tool, cord and attachments look and test as new equipment. I mad a quick trim cut on 12mm laminate flooring scrap and tool works fine. The blades, sandpaper and wrench are new, not used. I opened the casing and the inside was clean and dirt/dust free. I paid 60% less than the price down the street, with no tax and free shipping, making it a 70% discount. Always wanted this tool, but could not justify the local retail price. Have plenty of small projects left over from a recent refurb of my condo and can now finish it all up.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Buying quality refurb from Newegg has saved me a lot of money.
