1 out of 5 eggsAlways find out who is autorized to change the battery. Origin should be who makes it, not the registered name, or style.

Pros: None.

Cons: See "Other", below. Also, as mentioned already, a "Swiss" watch should be make in Switzerland; not Japan, China, or somewhere else. Seems as it the names of things have become generic rather than where they are made. Maybe it's degenerated to the style,or type instead - like "Swiss" cheese!

Other Thoughts: As Mark R. stated...I ALSO DON'T OWN THIS WATCH.
But I have purchased other watches and each mfr. has their own regulations as to who can legitimately change the battery without voiding the warranty. As he also states anyone except an authorized dealer who opens the watch can void the warranty.

I like to change my own batteries and have been doing so since digital watch movements came out many years ago. I had one watch purchased from a retail store whose sales clerk said they could replace the battery, which they did. BUT, then the timer function hands didn't reset properly and afterwards I found out the warranty was voided because the sales clerk was not supposed to replace the battery - only the mfr. In the end the store gave me another working watch of the same type - nice of them to do that; but I still wish I had the correct information to begin with.

MORAL: If you want to replace your battery yourself ... check the warranty first!

5 out of 5 eggsBought as gift for husband and he loves it!

Pros: My knowledge of watches is very limited. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he wears it all the time (no pun intended). It's classy and sporty.

Cons: None

1 out of 5 eggsFalsely Advertised

Pros: Decent features

Cons: Way too big
Way too heavy
Advertised as a "Swiss" watch and it's made in Japan!
Too strict of a return policy. No chance to really try and inspect the watch

Other Thoughts: If you're going to advertise a "Swiss Watch" - make it a Swiss Watch and not something made in Japan!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat watch!!

Pros: Got this puppy for $79.00 on the Labor Day special. I was a little suspicious, but pull the trigger anyway since my trust in NewEgg is so high. Build quality and appearance of the watch is excellent. My lesson = NewEgg deals are for real!!!

Cons: None.

1 out of 5 eggsToo Heavy!

Pros: Cheap price or high discount!

Cons: Low quality! Watch is too heavy itself! They could have used some light stuff for the band at least! I'm carrying a pound on my wrist all the times! That's why, I don't wear it all the times, I only wear it when I attend an event!

5 out of 5 eggsLooks like a great deal...

Pros: These comments are in no way intended to a commentary on NewEgg (I am a BIG fan) or MrWatch (I have not purchased anything from them as of this writing).

These are just some observations gleaned from a tiny bit of digging.

Cons: "Overall Rating" above is my way of giving the benefit of the doubt. I have not purchased this product.

Other Thoughts: I DO NOT OWN THIS WATCH.
That being said (having been in sales for a couple decades), ~90% markdowns ring alarms in the back of my head. Artificial inflation of the MSRP is a common trick in the business. So I did some digging:
...If you go to the manufacturer's website and view the warranty, pretty much everything is null and void if the watch is opened by anybody who is not an "authorized Precimax dealer"... but the "Where to buy" page is BLANK.
...Precimax pays a third party to hide their WhoIs information for their GoDaddy-hosted website.
..."Swiss" is a bit disingenuous, the movement is purchased from a Japanese company (Miyota) and made in China, though this appears to be a common industry practice.
...The Precimax trademark is held by an American company based in North Canton Ohio that was incorporated in 2011, despite the vague references to a 50-year history on the Precimax website. The Precimax trademark officially became registered only a few weeks ago (August 8, 2
