Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Fiance loved them! Cons: None but see other comments below. Other Thoughts: First set of pearls sent were blemished and of a lower quality than the AAA I purchased. Quick email to the seller through the Newegg website and I quickly received an apology and were told the proper pearls were being sent out immediately including pre-paid return postage.
