This is my 2nd purchase from The Pearl Outlet (TPO). I purchased a similar Peach set directly from TPO last year (May2011). My wife has been happy with both sets. Quick and discreet shipping. Cons: Not worth deducting an egg, but I was a little disappointed that the appraisal (that comes with the set) was only about half of the set listed 'was' price. The appraisal was still more than double of what I paid, though. Other Thoughts: Friendly, family-owned business willing to help. Spoke directly to the owner for the Peach set purchased last year to ensure that the set was more peach in color than pink and he happily agreed. Great customer service. Beautiful Set including box. Got this at a special price drop. Love the certificate stating retail/replacement value. (WOW factor) Purchased for wife's birthday gift/mother's day gift. She loved it. Made up for years of lackluster gifts. Cons: Wished I could of gotten a saltwater pearl set for same price.
