Other Thoughts: These are exactly what I expected for a surprise gift for my girlfriend. Although they are freshwater pearls, the quality is quite nice for the price I paid. As others have stated I don't think they are worth their "Appraised Value" but well worth the sale price.

Other Thoughts: I should have gotten these last year and missed the sale. Saw them this year and jumped on them. Already got her the Cranberry necklace, bracelet and earrings, and the same set in Black. Now she has the white "mile long" string and I look like a hero. Someone commented the other day that they cost me a fortune. That is the only down side, observers think I am rich, which of course I am not, just lucky to find these on sale.
On another note, I have absolutely no idea what the quality of any of the pearls are from this supplier. They come with a certificate of AA+, which is not a valid rating as far as I can find out on the internet. AA and AAA are ratings, but AA+ is not. Don't really care since they are for looks and not investment.

Pros: I'm not a pro when it comes to pearls, but the girlfriend seemed happy, and they are all relatively symmetric and shiny.

Cons: The same thing can be found cheaper on "that auction site the name of which starts with an e"

Pros: Great price for high quality pearl necklace. Wife loved getting this for Valentines Day. Very versatile accessory.

Cons: Box was a little too small and wouldn't fully close, but that's only a minor issue.

Other Thoughts: My second purchase from this seller and very pleased with quality and delivery.

Pros: on sale for $150, probably close to what it's worth anyway.

Cons: these are freshwater pearls and not stated upfront.
Will never make a purchase again from this seller.

Pros: I ordered the pearls on Cyber Monday and received them on Friday. My wife loved them, however the strand started to separate after the fifth or sixth wearing. I submitted a replacement request and within 4 hours they sent a new strand and a prepaid return sticker. No hassles.

Cons: Pearls not perfectly round, but very close.

Other Thoughts: The new strand seems to be knotted tighter, hopefully it will hold up better.

Pros: Nice enough, decent luster, somewhat irregularly shaped and sized but they did pretty well for the money.

Cons: If you don't pay attention to the fake list price you will be happy with the purchase, but don't believe you wouldn't get much nicer pearls for $1400, 'cos you would.
