This review is from: Seismic Audio SA-15T Two 15" PA/DJ Speaker Cabinets or 15" Floor Monitor
Pros: I've had the 15T's about a week now, and they are finally starting to "break in." The biggest issue, is that you truly need a good amp to get bass from these speakers. I had a Pyle Pro 5100, and it clipped once the music got to party or concert level decibels.....and still no real bass. I've now paired the speakers with a QSC GX7, and they shine. Bass is almost so great that you don't need a sub unless you are in a huge space.
Cons: I tested the speakers at various frequencies with an EQ, and there is definitely sound lacking at 500-1800k range. I suggest you add a Bass 4x10 guitar cabinet like I did, to fill in the missing range for extremely large venues of 300 people or more.
Other Thoughts: I'm going to by a second pair from New Egg, and load the amp down to about 4ohms on each channel. I'm almost nervous about how loud the entire system will be :-)
