Pros: This bag holds a lot and very easily comes off when you want it to! It is a lot easier than carrying a messenger bag and very sturdy!

Cons: People lacking a brain who decide to write about anything but the product in their reviews!

Other Thoughts: I wish they would limit reviews to information about the product vice those that write about anything but the product! This is a great bag at a great price!

Pros: Installs easily.
High quality.
Lots of adjustability.
SAFE.

Cons: Latch spring could be a little stronger.

Other Thoughts: Installed on one of my 3 mountain bikes. However, Ibera says don't use it offroad. I use this bike in around town. Rack is sturdy enough to leave on without the pack for trail rides.

Pros: Highly recommended. Fast shipping. Their customer service is impressive. They are patient with their customer and are very knowledgeable with their products. I received my products with high satisfactions. Good seller. Great shopping experience on NewEgg.

Pros: The bag looks pretty nice, and has a nice build quality. Plenty of reflective material too.

Cons: The maker/shipper failed to ship the rack with the bag. It took three calls to reach a Newegg rep, and they just kicked the can down the road. Newegg and Ibera are clearly not communicating well with each other, since Newegg has the incorrect phone number to reach Ibera. Outcome, I expect that this will either take a long time to resolve, or it won't get resolved and I'll have to return the bag as an incomplete shipment.

Other Thoughts: Newegg generally executes pretty well. The last 10 orders have arrived and worked well. However, I should have known not to buy a product that lacks any reviews.
