5 out of 5 eggsbeautiful and practical

Pros: this is beautiful and it has eco drive, perpetual calendar. I receive compliments often on this watch, it has the class and flare of a gold or silver watch, but fits more nicely with casual clothing.

Cons: the dial is listed as dark blue, I must say, it is clearly black except in certain florescent light, but even then it has a "solar blue" tint to it.

5 out of 5 eggsmens Citizen-Eco-Drive

Pros: I have 8 watches, some with custom leather bands, others with titanium or S.S. All are solar powered and automatic to check with Bolder Colorado's "Atomic" time check 5 to 6 times a day. O.k. guy's, lets face it, if a mans watch was like a woman's, lipstick, we'd be changing it just as often, just depends how my ego and testosterone are cooperating.

Cons: None! I should have had an open mind to all the great watches out there that I passed on by because of my over-inflated ego!

Other Thoughts: This "Citizens" was an addition to a small collection and I really like it! I have to admit that a few years ago I ragged on almost anything that wasn't solar-powered, titanium, "Atomic" time correct or didn't come with an optional holster for my HK USP .45

5 out of 5 eggsMost amazing watch ever

Pros: Beautiful leather band
perpetual calendar
light powered

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: This is one of the most beautiful watches ever made! It can go with any attire. I bought it for my husband so that he had more than just a calculator watch to wear with his suit (when on really rare occasions he has to dress that fancy) but it goes so well with his everyday business attire and even weekend jeans and a t-shirt.

He really like the lightness of it because it is made of titanium and that he can see all the dials clearly especially the date. The perpetual calendar means that he doesn't have to worry about leap year or if the month ends in 30 or 31.

The fact that it is powered either by sun light or artificial light just make it amazing. Why isn't every watch company doing this. What a fabulous buy.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very light weight, extremely comfortable. Feels more expensive than it is. Since the watch powers itself from sunlight, it is always running without interruption. It's extremely convenient as a daily watch.

Cons: The watch was labeled titanium. The bezel is stainless steel. After researching a bit, I found that only the metal band version of this watch comes in full titanium. The stainless steel on top of the titanium makes it look a little bit cheaper, that is the only thing I don't like about this watch.

Other Thoughts: Extremely worth it if on sale.

3 out of 5 eggsBlack dial, not blue

Pros: Good watch

Cons: bad advertising, the dial on this watch is black. Not even sure they make a blue dial version

5 out of 5 eggs6 years and going strong ...

Pros: I've had this particular watch model for 6+ years now and it has never lost power, has never needed a date change, and only needs time sync about 1 time per year. I travel a lot with frequent time zone changes and this watch can be adjusted by time zone without losing a single second of accuracy. Amazing quality, longevity, and performance.

Cons: You need to read the watch manual to understand how to set and adjust time, DST, etc. But once you memorize the functions, you will be amazed at how easy it is to adjust for a time zone change and not have to worry about calibrating the time. You can adjust time zone and not lose a single second of time keeping.

Other Thoughts: I swapped out the leather band with a titanium watch band to match the look of the titanium watch body. The watch is very lightweight and comfortable. Not an oversized watch ... just right for wearing daily as a traveling consultant.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased

Pros: Shpping was fast, very pleased with watch. Citizen watches are very reliable and high quality this makes the 3rd in my collection all three are solar powered. This watch is my favorite. It is very light and the leather band is nice, takes time to get used to all it's features.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsCitizen BL5250--02L Wristwatch

Pros: This is a great watch. It's a little larger than I expected but it's a good looking watch with a good reputation. I like the fact that I'll never need a battery and the leather band ensures a good fit on my arm. I've got a Rolex, but this provides a good alternative.

Cons: A little difficult to set up when using the recommended manual. Finally, I ran the interactive tutorial on the CD that comes with the watch and it was easy to set up. I would strongly recommend the CD since the manual is out of date with this particular model.

Other Thoughts: Delivery was quick.

5 out of 5 eggsCitizen's Watch

Pros: Purchased as a surprise gift for grandson, he did not like it. Not what he really wanted. Very nice watch however, just not what he wanted or needed.

Cons: Extremely nice watch. Just not the right one for person it was bought for at this time.
