Cons: At one year with serious abuse in boiler drums, My lanyard broke, I am rigging my new one now so its tied and not stitched. It started giving me trouble not coming on and going out, I would have to tap it on something but I was able to take it apart rebuild/bend re solder connections not sure if that's a con or a pro

Pros: It's light and small and yet incredibly durable. It can withstand a drop and still keep on going. AND Best of all... it freaking bright!

Pros: Solid construction and uber bright light! Focus capability is a nice plus too. Really like that it only uses 1 AA battery and with the adjustable brightness, it can last quite a while without needing to replace it.

Cons: Only negative is that the switch doesn't always work now after only moderate use. You hear and feel it click but the light doesn't click off.

Other Thoughts: Overall, its been a good solid light. its bright enough to light up the neighbors house from a few hundred feet away. DONT LOOK INTO THE BEAM!!!

Pros: Heavy duty small lightweight flashlight. Comes with straps and additional space to tie your own strap. VERY bright! I haven't tested the battery life yet but so far so good.

Cons: Dimming the light is a little tricky but not really. You just hold the only button until its dimmed to your likes.

Pros: I've bought four of these, I've had two for a year and was super excited when they went on sale again.

This light is super-bright and compact.

The SOS function, I can't really see coming in handy but I'm sure I'll be glad to have it if it does.

I keep a battery in it backwards while it sits and turn it around when I need it. The light travels with me in my everyday carry and has come in handy many times.

The battery life seems to be decent seeing as it takes one AA. I've seen others complain about this but I disagree.

Cons: Getting the SOS function not to happen is a little tricky when you first get the light but that's about it.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a reading light, something to brighten a room or long battery life, go elsewhere.
This light is compact and bright and it does both extremely well.

Pros: Great size, battery life, and illumination. Feels great in the hand when using, compact and easy to carry, handy for camping, auto work, and just about everything around the house. Bought 2 a year ago and ordered 4 more to give to wife and sons.

Pros: The light is bright for such a small chassis, and for using just 1 AA battery. The Focus control is great. The dimming control is adequate, but it doesn't fit my needs, which are as a bright flashlight and as a nighttime reading flashlight.

Cons: The brightness comes at a price, though. The battery lasts nowhere near long enough. It's about 4 or 5 hours full brightness.
The dimming control is kinda s*cky. It controls brightness by modulating the frequency at which the flashlight flickers on and off. So it doesn't modify the brightness, but rather the ratio of how long the bulb is on to how long the bulb is off. And it does this at a very high frequency. The problem is, however, that at the low light level, you can see the flickering by waving the flashlight back and forth. It creates a strobe light effect.

The brightness control goes down to 10% of the original brightness, but that is not dark enough for comfortable reading at night. I recommend getting a different light for reading, or using an app on your cellphone.

Other Thoughts: They really needed a better battery solution. AA batteries are just not good enough.
