Pros: Simple design with sturdy components, shipped within 5 business days, and their customer service department was very responsive (see reason below). Cons: I bought the tripod as a gift and when it arrived the plastic screw cap for the rod extension was cracked down the middle. I took a picture and e-mailed customer service hoping that maybe I would get a replacement plastic piece. Within a week they had shipped a complete brand new tripod at no extra charge. Pros: Simple design with sturdy components, shipped within 5 business days, and their customer service department was very responsive (see reason below).
